00:00:57

And because we met through sketch poetic, it's going to be very gentle for me as well. So I'm like here, but also the person observing and open to receive the gift. So thank you for joining me. And where are you from? I'm

Bejhi

00:01:20

From Los Angeles.

Katie

00:01:22

Where in LA

Bejhi

00:01:23

Do you know LA let's see view park

Katie

00:01:25

View park. Okay.

Bejhi

00:01:26

Yeah. That's where I was born and raised and I don't live there right now. I live in California, but I live in the I E in an empire at this point, but where I am originally from is Los Angeles in the heart of Los Angeles, California.

Katie

00:01:40

Okay, cool. Yeah, I've been living in LA since the end of 2001. So I know LA, I don't know if I know view park yet, so let's tell people a bit about you so we can know more. What led you on your journey?

Bejhi

00:01:54

Well, for the majority of my life and my career, I was also am I'm. That was am also in the entertainment under a different name under Bridgette Bryant, where I have toured and acted and song with recorded with some of the most major, major entertainers of our time.

Katie

00:02:17

Phil Collins, Stevie wonder Celine Dion, Diana Ross. I see Detroit all over the place here. I'm from in Michigan right now. Love Stevie wonder. Oh, I love Dave Matthews. So you've performed with lady Gaga and Gwen Steffani too. And Macklemore

Bejhi

00:02:34

Recorded.

Katie

00:02:36

That is so sick. So what do you do with them?

Bejhi

00:02:38

The court, you know, they have, they released their music. They have to have singers and such. I'm one of those have been one of those for Macklemore. Matter of fact, we just did something with them. Yeah. It's been an exciting career and it's still an exciting career for me. COVID changed a lot of it for most of us, you know, the world's shut down and the world along with it. But during that time I experienced an illness that really drew me in word, put me on a path where I am right now, and I've not come public with that. And I'm not going to today because it's all a part of something greater that is to come, then everyone will be made aware of. But I will say that it was so significant that it made me go inside and really look at what it is I want to do what it is I am to do with my time here.

Bejhi

00:03:29

And what should I be shifting toward at this point in my life and what promises have I made to the universe that I have not yet fulfilled that it is absolutely time to do right now. And so that is what got me moving in this direction. I'll say seriously, because I've always really been interested in helping and talking and counseling and working things out, breaking things all the way down and getting to the, the meaning, you know, the, the why's of the wives of the wise of the wise, but to do it on the scale that I'm doing at this point, I wasn't really taking it that seriously, but life has a way of, of saying, Hey, get it together, do it now.

Bejhi

00:04:13

It's time now.

Katie

00:04:15

And when did that happen? The thing that we're not talking about, but everything that moved you in this energetic direction, when did that happen for you

Bejhi

00:04:22

Katie

00:04:23

A year ago. So during the pandemic, this thing happened, which changed your purpose and your life goals and your missions and things kind of

Bejhi

00:04:30

Just made it more clear

Katie

00:04:31

And made it more clear.

Bejhi

00:04:32

Yeah. It made it more clear in more like now do it now. Can you feel that? Yeah. Do it now.

Katie

00:04:40

Yo, I I'm feeling that I'm feeling them really getting vulnerable over here. I'm really opening up in such a way, because a short story is I remember I was at this what's that with a huge co Nam Nam.

Bejhi

00:04:52

Yeah, yeah, yeah,

Katie

00:04:54

Yeah. I went there. Yo black thousands of people, it's like the coolest place to be. If you're a musician and you meet so many cool people and so many cool things happened. And I remember meeting this guy and he was very, very impactful and powerful, but I remember he told me, he was like, you're like a modern day Lucille ball. And he was like, really, really cool. But he was like, your eyes are so soulful. And they remind me of my sister and he lost his sister. And so he, and so he was telling me, it's kind of similar with the vibes of you're telling me. And it reminds me of like, people have to wait to something dramatic help with their health or to a death or for something to get clear or to like get a grander purpose. So, so we can talk in a healthy way about, you know, certain gems and certain purposeful things that you have learned to shape shift, where you're purposeful journey that maybe other people can shape shift in a way, instead of waiting for that dramatic thing to happen in their lives, you know, before we have to realize or get to the choose to realize how grand we really have right now, just with everything that we have without the ego and the extensions of everything else.

Katie

00:06:03

I mean, how does that sound?

Bejhi

00:06:05

Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. But I want to add to that too. I know that I, I said that I avoided it and I did, you know, I avoided this path seriously taking it seriously. That is for a very long time. But I honestly feel that if I had come forward any sooner, I would not have the depth of understanding and experience that I have because of it, you know, because of saying, okay, this happened. And now I know that I can speak, you know, there's nothing like walking in shoes and somebody can say, oh, this is what you should do. And this is what you should do. And this is what you, and this what you should do. But unless they've worn those shoes and walked in them, they don't necessarily, they can't relate as well as somebody who has gone through or is moving through the thing that they're trying to help somebody else with.

Bejhi

00:06:57

You know, you can't tell me how easy it is to conquer one thing or another, unless you've conquered that one thing or another, you feel me, you can't tell me that. Yeah. They just can't do it. So I am, at one point I was like, wow, I wasted so much time. But then I had the insight to, to just feel, no, you didn't. Everything is in divine time and you have a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to speak and from which to aid others now that you wouldn't have had before. So yes, we can definitely talk about how to move before a crisis, but also know that it's okay to move as a result of one as well.

Katie

00:07:39

And the other thing I want to mention that like everything that you're saying and what I'm feeling is like, it doesn't matter what it is like when I'm giving examples to people all the time. It's like, it doesn't matter the thing, it's the principle. So it's like, it doesn't matter that we're not like taking the thorn out and saying what it exactly is. It doesn't matter.

Bejhi

00:07:58

You're right.

Katie

00:07:58

Yeah. It's the shapeshift and inspire one through journey. So it makes it the unknown, a mysterious space for someone to discover within themselves. So I really actually, it's a new thing on the podcast. It's like a first, but I like it because then you're not giving someone, oh, that's the exact color. That's the exact way. It's like

Bejhi

00:08:17

Exactly. You fill in this, fill in your own blank, fill in your own Blake, your own challenge, your own, whatever it is. And let's talk about how to grow through it and move.

Katie

00:08:27

Yeah. So what are maybe one or two things you want to take us on a journey and let's talk about unfolding with you.

Bejhi

00:08:35

Well, what my process is, is that what you're asking me? How did I, how do I move through?

Katie

00:08:40

Yeah. Like one, let's start with one thing of a hack or something for you to be more gentle and graceful for yourself, how you leaned into this new way of being, you know,

Bejhi

00:08:51

Okay. The first thing I did was accept responsibility for me, for my journey, for everything that's happened along my journey and everything that is to come. I accept the responsibility of my thoughts, my beliefs. I accept the responsibility of learning, what my beliefs are and understanding that those beliefs help to shape my experiences. So the thing that I did was that first and foremost, okay, let me see how I made this come to be. And I asked myself all the time, I say to God, show me, me, show me me in this situation where I would want to feel that, oh my goodness, everything from the outside has affected me, show me me, because I understand that what's happening on the inside is going to affect the outside.

Bejhi

00:09:49

The outside is an effect of what's going on within me, better put what my life looks like is what was happening within me. You know? So show me, me, what did I do? What, what am I thinking? What am I believing? Well, how, how am I really feeling about these things?

Katie

00:10:05

Right. Right. And so they, what I've heard is like, like you said, something's coming up, this thing is coming up. So maybe it was a blessing that this thing came up because maybe you weren't addressing this thing within you. You were maybe ignoring it.

Bejhi

00:10:20

No, maybe at all. No. Maybe no. Maybe no. Maybe I was, you know, I don't know. Are you, do you have any children?

Katie

00:10:29

Not yet. I God willing. It's meant to be, you know, I help so

Bejhi

00:10:33

Well when you do, you know, I will say this as a mother, I am a mother and a grandmother at this point right now. I haven't, let's just delicious little baby. That's who I was holding as a wife, as a daughter has a sister, as friend as all of the roles we feel, we play as a person just wanting to live life, just trying to live life. You forget about yourself. You can forget about yourself. You can have things, you can experience things that happen in your life. And you forget to ask yourself, how do I really feel? How deeply am I hurting? You know, you experienced trauma after trauma of a breakup, a death, a, you know, a trauma.

Bejhi

00:11:20

And because we're so busy living life, we forget because we're wife, we're mother, daughter, we're this, we're that working with blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you forget, I forgot. I forgot to nurture myself

Katie

00:11:32

For how long

Bejhi

00:11:33

To shoot. I think it was a life practice.

Katie

00:11:37

Okay.

Bejhi

00:11:38

Okay. So I forgot to nurture myself. I forgot to let myself know that it was okay. That it wasn't okay. I forgot to let myself know that it wasn't. Okay. You know what I mean? I forgot to check in.

Katie

00:11:51

You ignored yourself. You ignored your little BG.

Bejhi

00:11:56

I ignored me.

Katie

00:11:57

You ignored your little BG.

Bejhi

00:11:59

I certainly did. I certainly did.

Katie

00:12:02

Did you apologize or did you go through the process of grieving and guilt and

Bejhi

00:12:06

Absolutely

Katie

00:12:07

Holding her and apologizing?

Bejhi

00:12:09

Oh yes. And I do that all the time. You know, I do that on a daily. I make it a point to love myself. I make it a point to check in with me. And how do you feel that they, how did you feel about what just happened? I will sit and talk to myself. I'll go on a walk. If I'm beginning to feel overwhelmed, I will take myself outside and look for answers or just be healed by nature because I know that that's the person that the little one inside of me needs nurture at that point. So you better believe I'm paying really close attention at this point? Yeah.

Katie

00:12:44

So to share with you, like, although I don't have children yet, I was really connected with my little K and I like really put myself first and I really did things travel the world, all that, all that. But one of the reasons why my podcast is called she's all over the place and I did all that. But then I went on a journey to lose myself, to find myself and, and I still had this thing, but I did get involved. I don't have to go into details. I'm just giving brushstrokes here. But I went through this journey where I put this one individual above me and I was focused on them. And it went on, you know, for a long while, about more than five years. And so the process of what you're talking about right now, like, I didn't know who I was like, I didn't, I forgot about me.

Katie

00:13:30

I forgot about me. That's why when I was giving, before we got on the phone and we were talking before we started recording and I told you like, oh, I was with my mom, we went shopping. That's like the first time I done that, it may be a decade. So it might seem like, oh, like she does it all the time. But like, no, like for me, that was an honor because I that's something about putting myself first and doing that in a way where, where I did it in that way, because you know, well, it's been, you know, a couple of years for the pandemic. So I haven't been at a mall. I grew up like going to the mall. It was fun. But just because of just the funniness of like, you know, that, that intimacy, the divine feminine, the grace, like all that jazz. So, but I, I feel like I went through not acknowledging myself, forgetting about myself, like ignoring myself, like, like wearing all gray all the time, all those grays, very sophisticated and chic, but I would just like, not do my hair, not do my makeup.

Katie

00:14:20

Like, like it would be like, I didn't even realize, like I was like in a depressive cycle where I didn't, I'm like, oh, it doesn't matter. Like I used to be very fashionable, but the person who I was with didn't want me talking about fashion and like, but, but this person would be very fashionable, but it's like, it's I didn't try like this. Person's like, oh, you're just a natural beauty. So I didn't put makeup on, I didn't get dressed up. But then what I found along the process, it's not about looking good for someone else. It was for me to feel good.

Bejhi

00:14:48

That's right. Absolutely.

Katie

00:14:50

And lastly, I want to say about this and then we'll, we'll continue to, you know, go more deeper. But since I've had that experience, I'm like, ah, like I am not letting that part of me go again. So I'm glad it happened just, you know, at a young age, because now I'm not, I'm not going to do that to myself again, like I not going to do that. Like, you know, like the fun for me, the curiosity, the play, the fun that's, it's my life. It's your life. It's your path. So if it, if you want to walk in that way and do whatever you need to do, we get to hold our, our own hand. And before we can hold other people's hands and do it for them, we get to do it for ourselves. It's our lives.

Bejhi

00:15:30

That is right. That is so true. No one else can love you better than you, you know, no one else can hold you better than you. And the better you hold yourself, the better you can show someone how to hope. I'm a firm believer in that.

Katie

00:15:46

Yeah. So kind of going in more, you are now a health and a life coach. So how does that look for you being a health and life coach? And when did you start practicing being a health and life coach?

Bejhi

00:16:01

Well, you know, anybody that goes back with me knows that I've always been the one to tell you what herbs to take or what, what cleanse you need. You know, the fact that's like the running joke for many of my friends, but cleanse you're doing this time, you know? So I've always had an interest and a love for that. And, and the knowledge is just a knack for it, but

Katie

00:16:25

It intuitive hits.

Bejhi

00:16:26

Yes.

Katie

00:16:27

This intuitive hint of this, just like divine, ancient wisdom, like whispering intention and knowings. Right. And you just listen to that voice.

Bejhi

00:16:36

Absolutely. Yes I do. But I also had the privilege of Gravett being gravitated towards people who were just like that as I was growing up a very young lady, you know, I tell you something that really started me on this journey. It was about 1998, maybe 2000, let's say maybe 2099, maybe something like that. I'd ruptured my Achilles tendon toward them to snap it into completely separate. Okay, yuck. Right. And I told one of my best girlfriends. I was like a God mommy, like a mommy to me. But she also brought me in one of the people that mentored me in, in the entertainment industry.

Bejhi

00:17:18

And I told her what I'd done. And she said, Ooh, your foot. Huh? I said, yes, my, my Achilles. And then she started saying the direction you're going the left side of your body. And then she started talking, all of this was, seemed like mumble, jumble to me. She said, there is an issue with the way you're moving through life. And I said, well, why can't it just be that I ruptured my ankle because I ruptured my ankle playing racquetball. She said, because it's never just that. And that was the start of, Ooh, what am I doing? You know, what do all of these things mean?

Bejhi

00:17:57

So for decades, I've been that if I get, you know, whatever, if my, my back might hurt me, I'll then ask myself, what am I carrying around? That's too much. You know? So through the years I've started, I, I learned, but it was that, that one experience with my Achilles, that really started me on the inward journey of connecting my health, my issues, my body tissues with my life issues. So

Katie

00:18:25

There you go. Issues and Tisha's yeah,

Bejhi

00:18:28

That's it. Yes. It's all about that. So that is how I'm showing up as life coach right now.

Katie

00:18:37

And how can people get in contact you when they want your services and to know more about your life coach programs, courses, one-on-ones group zooms, things of that nature like,

Bejhi

00:18:48

And me on Twitter, they can also email [email protected]. I correspond with people like that as well, but DM-ing me on social media. I'm there constantly and I can set up like that.

Katie

00:19:03

Okay. Well, I'll definitely have all your Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and your email, your Gmail in the show notes. So people can definitely tune in there, you know, to get in touch with love. That

Bejhi

00:19:14

That would be the best way at this point.

Katie

00:19:16

Great. Go ahead.

Bejhi

00:19:17

No, no, no. I was just going to say, I completely believe in the mind body connection.

Katie

00:19:21

Oh yeah.

Bejhi

00:19:22

And I'm not claiming, you know, any like, oh, I'm going to, you're going to sit with me and then you're going to be completely healed. I think that's an inside job. And I think that's up to the individual. Yeah.

Katie

00:19:33

No one can save us. No, one's saving us. We can, we can listen, we can hold space. We can give you tools, but one needs to do their own work and journey. It's why we're here as sovereign beings. Like we can hold hands and hold space,

Bejhi

00:19:47

But

Katie

00:19:48

I'm not doing it for you. I got to do my guesses. I get to do my own work.

Bejhi

00:19:56

Yeah, absolutely.

Katie

00:19:57

Yeah. So pivoting into web three and of teas. So you're a valuable asset in a topic that's very important, mental health and overall health and wellbeing and everything. So tell us your journey of how you got into web three and you know, and then we can talk about the NFT marketplace and wellness Wednesdays.

Bejhi

00:20:19

Well, that is how actually what kind of me marketplace I got into the experience. You know, we, we are a developing NFT marketplace in a developing marketplace that takes a hands-on holistic approach to the people in the community. And that would mean anything from onboarding to understanding the foundations of crypto and the whole web three experience and just how to make it a sound and safe space for those who are journeying into this community, which is so needed right now, you know, we'll be providing customer service, which is not something that you can't get it right now.

Bejhi

00:21:01

So, and along with that, as I said, a holistic approach comes as wellness. You know, it's like, it's such a, it can be such a stressful and overwhelming space. You know, everybody's trying to, to understand it as it's being, as it's being formed, web three, you know, it's a new frontier and everyone's trying to make it

Katie

00:21:22

Understand it.

Bejhi

00:21:25

Yes, we're all trying to make it and understand it and survive through it and see how we fit into it. And it can be stressful and people are losing sleep. You know, they're losing sleep. They're, they're losing touch with themselves, with their families and with their loved ones and with life. And just some basic things that, that, that make us human. So a wonderful thing to do, we thought would be to hold a space where people could come and just feel hugged, feel loved, feel listened to cry, curse, whatever you need to do, you know, but a safe space to do it. And that is what the wellness Wednesday is all about.

Katie

00:22:03

And how can people find the wellness Wednesdays

Bejhi

00:22:06

We're on Twitter. Well, first of all, follow economy, follow these human cheat. And if you do that, you're going to see all of the announcements. We're always saying, okay, it's Wednesday, or this is the topic for wellness Wednesday. And we're always there on Twitter, on Twitter spaces, every Wednesday, 6:00 PM, Pacific standard time tomorrow, we'll be there Pacific standard time, 6:00 PM.

Katie

00:22:30

Well, it's a good thing. This podcast and lands and schedules and airs on Tuesdays because people will just be in sync with it, for sure.

Bejhi

00:22:44

Yeah. But it's, you know, it's just a space to, to be. And I think

Katie

00:22:49

So people can come listen, and, but they can also come on stage and ask questions if they want to as well,

Bejhi

00:22:56

Absolutely. Or just share their experience if they want to. Yes. We have wonderful, wonderful spaces every week. I cannot tell you how blessed I feel and how nurtured. I feel that just last week we spoke about the importance of play and laugh. And we had a good time. We played music, we played music. We talked about the various ways of playing and Serena came in and as she brought up, she told us to hula hoop,

Katie

00:23:27

Move those hips. She

Bejhi

00:23:28

Said, hula hoop, move their hips and free your body.

Katie

00:23:33

That's what I'm going to be doing at V con, oh my God. I knew I just need to like move around and dance. But yeah, like last week known origin hosted a speaker panel with you and me, Sheila Darcy sketch poetic, some other influential wellness health people in this space for mental health awareness. And I remember you were the, when you were speaking, you said play and curiosity. And everyone loves that in a very joyful, joyful moment. People are echoing BG and like yeah. Play curiosity. So, and when you said that it like hit home for me. Cause it's like, yeah, that's the number one emotion like curiosity. And like, remember to remember to play, you know,

Bejhi

00:24:15

Absolutely all good things to him from joy. I just believe that from a joyful space, you know, and, and, and just, let me just take the time to thank Sheila because Sheila is the reason why we connected. She's

Katie

00:24:26

Amazing.

Bejhi

00:24:27

I love Sheila. She's so good. So good. She's so good. And so amazing. And I am really grateful for her and to her. She's a beautiful, beautiful person is so valuable in this space.

Katie

00:24:40

So shout out for people who are tuning in and like Sheila, Sheila Darcy sketch poetic her handle on Instagram, Twitter sketch poetic. She has a book called sketch by sketch. So if you want to check it out, Scott Sheila's from the Philippines she had, she was on the podcast. I'll put it in the show notes. The link for Sheila Darcy's episode definitely listened to it, pick up her book, sketch by sketch. I got it from my 13 year old niece, like when it was on pre-order to support Sheila because it's sketched my sketch. So like her thing is like sketching every day and sketching through your emotions. And so, you know, the book you can actually sketch and it's really, you know, instrumental in a way people can process and the way companies and people are shape-shifting into expressing their emotions in a healthy way.

Katie

00:25:33

And she's a spearhead in this regard, through mental health, physical health, overall health, with being able to release our emotions in a colorful way or sketching with black and white, whatever. So that's a props to Sheila Darcy. I was literally voice messaging or earlier, and I'm just like, yo sketch like, oh, I'm like, oh, you've become like a series regular shout out on like every single episode of she's all over the place

Bejhi

00:25:59

And deservedly. So she's so good. And what she does is it's so helpful.

Katie

00:26:03

She's amazing.

Bejhi

00:26:04

Really

Katie

00:26:05

Amazing. Amazing. So tell us some more about the marketplace. You created it. Like when did you create it? How many people are on the team

Bejhi

00:26:13

We've been working on this? I am one of the co-founders, you know, I believe, you know, tips,

Katie

00:26:18

Tips,

Bejhi

00:26:18

Tips, the composer. I think

Katie

00:26:21

Now let me check it real quick. What's the Instagram

Bejhi

00:26:25

Tips. T I P Z

Katie

00:26:27

T I P Z. Oh, here we go. Follows me. Follows you. Oh yeah. We were talking cause I have some beats.

Bejhi

00:26:36

Exactly. He telling me that

Katie

00:26:38

And I said, oh, I'm going to be like, yo, we're giving you a shout out on the podcast. Maybe we should ping them in right now. Yeah. That's so cool. Are you talk, I'm going to ping them in.

Bejhi

00:26:48

And also you could ping a river DC river, you know, river don't you R H Y V E R.

Katie

00:26:56

Okay. Give me the handle. R I V R

Bejhi

00:26:58

O R H Y

Katie

00:27:02

R H Y R H Y what?

Bejhi

00:27:07

V like Victor river, like river, but N H Y instead of an I V E R R H Y by

Katie

00:27:12

River.

Bejhi

00:27:13

There we go.

Katie

00:27:14

Okay. Let me follow her because I was not following her and she's not following me, but, so, okay. So she's the co-founder to,

Bejhi

00:27:21

She is, she's heading our marketing and boy, is she magic? Cool. Your is magical. Yes, she is magical. But tips is the founder. We are co-founders of this wonderful marketplace that everyone's going to be able to experience pretty soon in June, we'll be doing our official launch and we're very excited about it. And we'll be providing that customer service. I was talking about. That's never around for anyone in this, in this face.

Katie

00:27:51

And which cryptocurrency is it going to be on?

Bejhi

00:27:53

On polygon? Any theories?

Katie

00:27:56

Oh yeah, it says right here, Don polygon beta version is live. They follow me. That's so cool. Here we go.

Bejhi

00:28:04

And he told me that he had a little, a brief convo with you. And I told him I was coming on here and he, I don't know if he was, did he respond yet?

Katie

00:28:11

No, not right now, but we were talking back and forth. Cause we were in a space together. Here we go. Oh my God. Oh my God. That's so wild. Like I was in a space and then he's like, you and BG should definitely, definitely link. Oh, he wrote that to me on May 6th.

Bejhi

00:28:30

And

Katie

00:28:30

We were already connected. Oh my God. Because I was in a space with him and I have this music and we were talking about music and I have a healing frequencies, and I gave them

Bejhi

00:28:40

Rarely. I love that.

Katie

00:28:41

Oh yeah. If healing frequencies in my music, ah, he has the links. I'll send them to you or he can send them to you and he's, he's going to check out the music. So, so we could like do some stuff together. So yeah.

Bejhi

00:28:51

Do you mind if he sends them to me? Do you mind maybe I play some during one of the wellness, Wednesdays.

Katie

00:28:57

Yeah. Oh my gosh, for sure. So I should tell you what it is real quick in by DM. So let me just send him the DM direct come in. Okay. And then invite DM river bits by w Y what's the river again? R

Bejhi

00:29:14

R H Y

Katie

00:29:15

R H Y. Okay. That's why

Bejhi

00:29:17

This is such a cool space

Katie

00:29:19

Right now.

Bejhi

00:29:20

Yeah. Thanks for having me here.

Katie

00:29:22

Oh yeah, of course. My pleasure. Of course. Yes. Yes. Okay. So, okay. So one EAP is when we had the great reset, we had time to sit and ponder. I was in some people were, and it was a gift to be able to sit and ponder and reflect. And I took catalog of my music. Then I saw I had six different genres. And so on 10, 20, 20, 20, I released it a solo EAP called hypnotic energy. And they're all beats. I grew up in the Detroit electronic music underground scene. I've been a part of like how wellness festivals and things of that nature and making music.

Katie

00:30:02

I went to school for being a DJ. And so we hooked up with this scientist named Eric Thompson from subtle underscore energy has on Instagram, subtle underscore energy. And he encodes so Fiji healing frequencies. It was like a kid in a candy store. He gave me all these healing frequencies and I went through them all. And I'm like this one six hundred and thirty nine Hertz. The reason why I chose 639 hurts healing frequencies because it, it fosters forgiveness for self. And it fosters forgiveness for our family, our environment, things around us. And I felt like on a planet Tory level, we needed to do a lot more forgiving of one another as well.

Katie

00:30:43

So my heart, my soul, my, my vessel, my journey of ignoring myself like you were mentioning earlier, and we were discussing my vessel was forgiving myself, forgiving my industry of over two decades for giving all the choices I made that di didn't seem like the right choices or maybe the wrong choices, or, you know, having perfectionist syndrome or being a controlling in a way. I was just doing a lot of forgiving on myself and with others and aligning with the planet. Then my vessel did that for a few months. And then shortly after I released, I was like a kid in a candy store and I was doing another EAP called full house and full house. I was in Michigan with my mom and I released it on her birthday.

Katie

00:31:23

And it came full circle because on a, you know, quantum detoxification level, my vessel shifted to, from forgiveness to removing guilt and fear. So 396. So Fazio healing, frequencies, removes, guilt, and fear. And so I released that. And so they're all instrumentals. I'll send them to you all and have it for your personal, have them in the rooms, use it for the marketplace. Like, however it aligns to you like 1000%, like, you know, my blessing and that's what it's for. It's, it's not about like millions of people hearing it. It's about the intention of when and how is the vibe?

Katie

00:32:06

You know,

Bejhi

00:32:07

Thank you for that. Oh, I can't wait. I can't wait. I love sound healing. I really do. I love that. I love that whole concept. I'm getting ready to learn how to play bowls. I have a girlfriend that really she's so masterful with that. And she said, she said, come on up. I'm going to teach you how to play the balls. I cannot wait. I think she has like eight of them. Eight or 10 of them. Have you just ever had a sound there like that?

Katie

00:32:35

Oh yeah. Do you know the integrity? Have you been to Integra Tron?

Bejhi

00:32:40

I haven't. I haven't my first and last time experiencing anything like that was like over maybe a year and a half ago in Florida. Yes. Yes. I have not gone. I have not experienced it.

Katie

00:32:55

Well, we should all go because actually Sheila, when a few months ago she was just there. I saw when she went for a Joshua tree trip, I think, I think, yeah, she went to RSR laying on the hammocks, but yo, it's amazing. It's 25 bucks. You go in there. It's like, it's like, it's like putting vegan, organic Draino through your mind. It just like whatever stuck it. Just flushes it out.

Bejhi

00:33:17

Oh, I can't. Okay. Well let's do that.

Katie

00:33:20

Yeah. Let's make a trip and go there. You get a hotel. You stay the night because you sleep. You don't definitely don't want to like drive back after that. Amazing.

Bejhi

00:33:29

That's right. I could imagine that. Oh my God. This sounds beautiful.

Katie

00:33:34

Yeah. It's you'll love it. You'll love it. It's like 25 bucks. It's like nothing. It's so worth it. But you have to definitely book in advance cause they get booked up. But even before the great reset. But I think because of, you know, even now they probably can only take X amount of people instead of the maximum capacity that they used to probably do you know Wally and gram

Bejhi

00:33:55

Wally Ingram? No, I don't.

Katie

00:33:59

He plays the drums. He used to be like Sheryl crow's go-to drummer. They toured together for decades.

Bejhi

00:34:05

I know his name. I do know his name and I know Cheryl,

Katie

00:34:08

You know? Okay. So I've done some music with Wally and his two friends. They're females. They own the Integra Tron. They bought it.

Bejhi

00:34:17

Really?

Katie

00:34:18

Yeah. I shot a music video with Wally and Joshua tree. Actually I produced a video. Oh, oh. So wait before I lose the nugget. No pressure. But since you do music and you want to hear my music and you like sound healing when, and if you vibe to it and you feel attuned and called, and if you want to record and lay stuff down, we could put them into like one minute clips or 32nd clips and we could make NFTs out of

Bejhi

00:34:45

Them. That sounds dope. That sounds good. And

Katie

00:34:47

We could, we could like give some of the proceeds for like a community wallet for mental health and things like that. So yeah.

Bejhi

00:34:55

I love that. I would love that. Let's do that. Let's do something. Yeah.

Katie

00:35:05

Yeah. Okay, cool. So you'll listen to them, but when I make music the eggs, it's not like a, like two, three minute song. They're like summer like 6, 7, 8, 14. So we can literally break them. Cause there's so many transitions and switch ups. So you can literally, we can do like 30 seconds or like 15 seconds, but 30 seconds one minute. And they could be multiple entities. Like within one song alone, there can be like 15 NFTs. We could just do one by one, but have them each be a collection and then, you know, like get it and then pay it forward, you

Bejhi

00:35:40

Know?

Katie

00:35:42

And we'll, we'll just keep the mental health awareness month going all year long,

Bejhi

00:35:47

All year long. Cause it's a daily thing is it's not just one month it's every day.

Katie

00:35:52

Yeah. And so as you're growing through your journey and things come to your heart and soul where you're crying or you just want to lay something down because I do spoken word, you know what I mean? So like if I did some spoken word and like you did like your harmonies on or violate, you know, we did, we could even do a collaboration. You know what I'm saying? So that's the thing is about like being creators. Like it can be anything we want it to be. You can have some solo stuff, but like we could collab to

Bejhi

00:36:20

That would be totally awesome. We should try that. Let's make that happen. Okay,

Katie

00:36:26

Cool.

Bejhi

00:36:27

We'll talk about that off of here. We got contact now. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Cool.

Katie

00:36:33

All right. Let's just take a deep, deep breath. The deepest breath we've taken all day.

Bejhi

00:36:40

No. Right,

Katie

00:36:44

Cool. So we've had a beautiful conversation and kind of like, you know, like a palette, you know, we kinda like dabbled and went all over the place, honing it in. Are there any last messages, words of wisdoms, anything else you would like to share before we wrap it up and close it out?

Bejhi

00:37:02

I want to share my gratitude for this time and this space with you. Thank you for having me and all that. The hiccups before we think I've started. I'm glad we continued to move forward and get to the most important part, which is this connection that we have right now. And I'm grateful for it. My last words that I would leave with everyone here, we've been be yourself. Remember yourself, love yourself. Smile with you. Play with you. Have fun because life is meant to be enjoyed.

Katie

00:37:33

Amen. To all of that. Yeah. Very good. Very good. And I, I have to ask, I just have to put myself out there. Do you have it in you right now? I'm not sure how your vocals are, but do you want to sing us a tune or vibe with some harmonies or anything like that?

Bejhi

00:37:49

Yeah. I wish I could harmonize with myself. I'd be dope. Some people can, you know what? I'll think of one song that really blessed me from the first time I heard it. And it's a, it's a song called rolling river. God. And it's written by a lady named Nicole Norman. And what she's doing in this song is likening herself unto a stone into, in life's river. And she says, as the waters rush over me, I just hope that I become smoother and smoother and smoother. And then while I'm at the end, I know I'm okay. So I'll just do a little bit,

Katie

00:38:28

Okay.

Bejhi

00:38:30

Ready? <inaudible> rolling with a little stone only ones.

Bejhi

00:39:07

<inaudible> <inaudible> fandom grainy. See, I'm trying to reconcile this river. She <inaudible> <inaudible> I know that <inaudible> and pay type button.

Bejhi

00:40:16

When <inaudible> <inaudible> you ma pick me up and notes, then I am just a little smooth your hair rolling.

Bejhi

00:41:03

The little stones are smooth only <inaudible>

Katie

00:41:25

Thank you. This was his such a trait. So unexpected. I feel the stillness and the silence and I'm not okay right now. I'm not okay. I mean, I'm just, wow. I just want to like cry and just, I wish, yeah, I wish I could be that cool. Calm, collected it, collect, collected, and slow it down a bit. Like really slow it down. I think I need you in my life every day.

Bejhi

00:42:07

Well, we are here. Yeah. I'm here right now. Yes. Now we know each other.

Katie

00:42:13

Yeah. I mean, yeah. My mind feels great. So I'm sure the person toony and feels the same. I feel in my heart and I feel peace. Thank you. Thank you for singing. Ah, I really want to share also, I think, I think you are the first person to sing on she's all over the place.

Bejhi

00:42:34

Oh, I'm so glad. I'm so glad. That's so good.

Katie

00:42:38

Yeah.

Bejhi

00:42:39

Thank you for that. Thank you for asking me. Thank you for allowing me to see. Yes.

Katie

00:42:45

Yeah. Yep. You are welcome to seeing on she's all over the place. Anytime. Yeah. My friend, Joey Williams, you know, Joey Williams, blind boys of Alabama.

Bejhi

00:42:58

Not personally, but yes, go ahead.

Katie

00:43:00

Oh, he's my really good friend. He's the only one. Not blind and he's a singer. He plays amazing guitar, but I could curate for us to do a collab. He's so down. He's been wanting to get involved in entities for like two years now. I've been in, he has, you know, that's a whole nother story, but he was on my podcast season two and I didn't even have him sing on the podcast. Like I think, yeah, you're the first person to sing on the show. So this is, this is excellent. Thank you. Thank you for that.

Bejhi

00:43:31

You're welcome. Thank you.

Katie

00:43:33

Yeah. Okay. We're tuning. We're going to wrap it in here. Everything. So you can get in touch with BG. We'll be in the show notes, subscribe, share this episode with people, especially the ones who need support with health, mental health, emotional health, you know, whether they're involved in web three and NFTs or not, but it's definitely a safe space to go to for the wellness Wednesdays on Twitter of people holding space. And it's absolutely free and you just care, share and hold hands with one another and hear things like this, this conversation and people singing and reading poetry and showing up and, you know, making it happen through art and creativity and being vulnerable and you can participate or you can just listen to, you can totally just be a listener with that being said, definitely go to <inaudible> dot com my website and check out my NFTs and my NFT Merck.

Katie

00:44:26

So definitely picks them up and support me. We also have she's all over the place stickers and we're, I think we have a whole merge line for she's all over the place too. So, oh, Jimenez. She's amazing. And not artist. We did a collaboration together, so you can pick up some of the merge there, but that's all I got for you and we'll see you next week on she's all over the place. You thank you so much for joining us. We'll see you next time. Kyriaki key over and out.
