LA Wire – Kyriaki Chonacas of The Sophisticated Psychos Releases Hypnotic Energy EP to Promote Forgiveness

Thriving artist, empath, podcast host of She’s All Over the Place Podcast, and comedian Kyriaki aka Katie Chonacas of The Sophisticated Psychos recently released her EP titled Hypnotic Energy, an exciting collaboration with Subtle Energy that features electronic beats encoded with 639Hz healing frequencies that promotes forgiveness. The Greek DJ and poet from Detroit, MI is out to make a difference in the lives of countless people who are trapped in a hurtful past and an unforgettable trauma. 

“I not only made beats that inspired me from my childhood roots of growing up in the Detroit electronic underground music scene, but lifted it to support and shape shift myself and other humans that I care for which is not only the people I know personally, not only the people I may meet tomorrow but for all that I have not yet met and especially for all those whom I may never meet in this lifetime,” The Sophisticated Psychos member reveals. 

Born Katie Elizabeth Chonacas, Saint Kyriaki has had her share of mental health struggles brought about by past trauma. Her journey of rising above this trauma has allowed her to become more connected with her inner self, divine femininity, her community, and the moments that matter most in this life. By promoting kindness and compassion through her music, podcast, and online influence, she hopes to contribute to creating a better world for people to live in. 

In addition to The Sophisticated Psychos and She’s All Over the Place Podcast, she is making herself available to coach other people about business, healing, and making the most out of life. As someone who has learned how to become fully aware of oneself, Kyriaki is paving the way for others to experience liberty from their hurts and live their best lives. 

As the world becomes her stage, Kyriaki Chonacas is fixing all her energy and creativity into making a positive influence on the lives of people through creating content with The Sophisticated Psychos, her music, and her new popular She’s All Over the Place Podcast. Understanding that the world is in need of kindness, compassion, and a lot of positivity, she is determined to take on the responsibility of contributing to this great cause by being a part of the ripple effect. At a time when the world needs to see the light amidst a dark time, Kyriaki is teaching people to foster forgiveness, guard their hearts against dark influences and learn to “lean in” and communicate emotions to trusted sources and communities. 

In addition to growing The Sophisticated Psychos and her production team she plans to keep producing more digital content, getting back up on the silver screens as an on screen actor in films and on TV and be a household name in the voiceover industry.  Chonacas who goes by the name “Cartoon Katie” in VO is looking forward to landing an animation series regular role asap!  Chonacas looks forward to rotating living in Bali as a part of her lifestyle and starting a family of her own.  Chonacas envisions herself, raising children, and teaching them to develop strong morals, values and convictions. Additionally, she aspires to help more people let go of their painful past and look forward to a future that is healthy, peaceful, inspiring and productive. Just as Chonacas has found a way to live beyond the trauma that haunted her in the past, Kyriaki hopes to guide hurting individuals through the same path until they achieve liberation from their pain.
