Marisa Peer Leading Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist

Marisa Peer Leading Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist
She's All Over The Place Podcast Season 1 - Episode 12 Transcription Thank you so much for tuning into She's all over the place with Kyriaki that's me. You have the honor right now to be with the one and onl, Marissa Peer, to know where my valley reunion in San Diego. And I just met Marissa for the very first time. And I saw her speak in front of about 800 people, and she took us on this amazing journey and upgraded us mentally in so many ways and enrich my life. And I would love for you to learn more about her right now. Marissa.

Great. Thanks for being with us. You're welcome. So tell me a little bit about what you just talked about on stage, please.
At one stage, I was teaching the audience something I've created and it's called how to be your own therapist, how to be your own co-chair to be your own healer. So I have my own method, very powerful therapy called rapid transformational therapy or RTT. And I teach doctors. I teach physicians, I teach mental health nurses, and I teach therapists how to be way better. And I teach ordinary people how to be an outstanding therapist turning off on my training. I just want to learn it for me. Just want to learn it for me. And I work with lots of unhappy children who need a method of empowering themselves. And so I took from my therapy training, certain techniques that you can actually do at home.
You don't have to be a therapist, but if you do them, you become your own therapist. You can certainly do them with your own children, with your friends, with your loved ones. It's very powerful techniques that it's called. It's actually called practical neuroscience is how to almost rewire your mind so that you feel confident and happy and lovable. Then. So today I just gave the audience a sample of that. I took them back to show them where they got their limiting beliefs from, which is all good, but not good enough if you don't also know how to get rid of them forever. So once I've uncovered, this is how I, where when you learn this, I show them how to get rid of it, like how to sever out, to interrupt out or move on forever. So it's just, it's an old memory because that's what I would paint should be a memory. We shouldn't keep saying. Yeah, I don't have love when I was 12 and I still can't have love. We have no money when I was five. And I'm still repeating that pattern. My mom was depressed. My dad was an alcoholic. And after all these addictions, it should just be something that's behind you. Like the water in the shower you lost to. Cause you can't keep running back to claim because it's gone. So I was sharing everyone today. How to go back and look at scenes and like you're brilliant. Detective work out what the scene's meant because when things happen to you, it's not what happens. That affects you.
As hard as that is to hear, especially being abused or raped or beaten or hurt. It's the meaning you attached to the event really hurt you. The interpretation you put on it, that really hurts you and say like a good detective. I unravel all of that. And then like a good dentist extract it so that it can no longer hurt you and then put in the empowerment of freedom. The extraordinary self-belief because to be happy in life, you have to really know how to fall in love with yourself really properly know I'm great. Cause I caught this Dior handbag or I'm good. Cause I've got this nice boyfriend or I'm good because someone likes me.
You have to fall in love with yourself on your worst day when you got the flu and your hair's dirty. And because that's what real love is. And that the thing I find is that all my clients or patients or energy to making someone else like them, and I mean this boy light thing and make this girl learning and I make my boss line, right? My mother has never praised me for 50 years, but I'm still in try and make her say something nice. Say something nice. You've you like you? When you elevate your own sense of self worth, self value, serving, servicing everyone around you elevates it with you. So it's of trying to make other people like you like yourself.
Once you know that you can be your own coach, your own therapist, and indeed your own healer that you can heal. Things like migraine dermatitis, eczema, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, you can get rid of all of those. Then you have the life you should have had, which is extraordinary and really full and you can be happy.
And so these are self practices. One can do at home. We did it together and now I have just a taste of what I can do at home and put it into practice. And then also do you have a website so people can listen to this Google more research and then, and find out about this program that you put together. And what's the website.
If you go to Marisa Peer dot com forward slash RTT for me, or if you just Google rapid transformational therapy, it will come up and then you go to RTT even, it will show you all the techniques like upgrading the child, how to command your body whilst make called command therapy. How to find out the role and function of an illness and completely move away from it. But just go to Marisa, Peer dot com. It's very simple. Mal ISA pwr.com or go to rapid transformational therapy.com. And you'll find out how to do RTT for me, how to be your own phenomenal, outstanding therapist.
You don't have to go every week. You can just do once or twice
And lost forever. And we're going to put it at the bottom of the video and then it'll be in the article as well. Yeah, but everything that you just said, people are doing everything externally. So this is about doing little practices of internal, but deep, amazing work. And in the beginning I mentioned upgraded my mind where, where we get to go in and go to certain scenes, as Marisa was just saying, and be able to heal and clear out those scenes. And she goes through the process, the process of how to do that. And just literally, it's like, we're our minds like work computers and it just, it clears the old software out.
It inches, it keeps us at a higher vibration and there's a lot of healing. It's magical. I I've been doing a lot of work my whole life and for about almost six years. And I've read so many books, which are amazing, and I've met a lot of healers and have been so inspired. And today is one of the best days of my personal life because I met Marisa Peer. She's brilliant, amazing. And now that we're connected as humans, and I know there's a space in the world and hopefully I feel she holds a space for me and the sincerity for my health and my growth and my wellness to be a better me.
And that's what she stands for. And then I can do it for people I support in that. I love, I just feel my life. I have another, a new anchor in life of a space of beautiful energy and clarity because she is who she is. And she's been doing all the work she's been doing for her whole entire life. It's just, it's a magical, beautiful gift. You are.
Thank you. Well, I'll take that. That's very nice. Thank you so much. You know, we all upgrade our software all the time. We can't say upgrade our phones or laptops or computers, our programming of our software, but no one shows you haven't have grading up here. What's the point of walking around in new clothes where they same old, same old links. What's the point of getting a haircut or a massage or moving into new apart. When you take all that old stuff with you, you know, I see people when they leave a relationship, go to you and they take Julio baggage, luggage of life. You need to dump that. And next time you're upgrading all the other stuff in your house.
Remember the most important thing to upgrade is your thinking, upgrade your beliefs because your mind doesn't care. What you tell it, okay? If it's real folks or healthier and how they're good about him, that he doesn't even know because it just lets everything in. So first you meet your beliefs and then your beliefs meet you. So you might as well make amazing beliefs and feel amazing as terrible beliefs, then feel terrible because you have a choice when you have a brilliant mind, which I promise you, you have is the choice. Rashma is why you feel dreadful. Took yourself out of it. When you upgrade yourself, you just effortlessly always go to talk myself out of it. And then every day feels wonderful.
And that's how life should be. So
I have a question if someone's in, if I may, if someone's in a really stressful situation, like flamboyant rage, and it could be with their partner personal, it could be with work. And they're just in a, like a tizzy. They're just like, so duh what's what's one thing one could do to in the most.
Okay. So here's a good thing. When you're angry, you're always heard. There's always, always, always a hurt behind anger. If you're having a complete meltdown, because the person you love forgot your birthday, your boss pretended your work was his work or someone diminished your desk. Do you just open go? I feel hurt. My feelings are hurt. I was hurt by. I got hurt when or that hurt me. Because when you say I'm hurt, he goes where your feelings are the most real thing you have. And they find like a classroom of children to be heard. And when we feel a feeling we got, I don't know, I feel I need to eat something. I need to drink some. I need to buy something. I need to do something. We push the feeling down.
It goes, oh, you didn't hear me. I'll just regroup. And come back. Even stronger, go, I need to drink more. I need to eat more. I need to collect more stuff because we're all about pushing feelings down. You know, the stomach is the seat of all emotions. And I always say to feel your feelings until they no longer need to be found. And the best ways, whenever you feel anger, don't go mad and you go, I'm hurt. I'm hurt because I was hurt by. And when you do that, amazingly, because way like that, because the trip to emotional peace is how quickly you're going to express her. And actually the way you define a mad person is how long it takes and to express her I'll hold on to her.
Okay? Twenty-five days I went out for lunch to pay and I paid 25 years. I wanted a blue bike for Christmas. When I was six, you gave me a red wine. It's like, I cannot resolve that in years. Of course, as children, you come, but isn't it don't, you know, if you want to be you really, what I call sorted person express your hurt as close to the event happening as you can. And if you don't, if you're my boss, I can't go, listen. You just really hurt my feelings. Cause you passed off that work is when you would kind of was that you could still shut yourself in the bathroom, on the taps and go, wow, that's already hurt by that hurt me. That was very hurtful. And then it just goes away, right?
You don't get the rages. You don't get me anger because there's always behind rage and anger. There's always hurt. So she expressed her.
So you can say it in your head or you can say it out loud or you would write
It down. Sure. And you know, when you were, there's no right or
Wrong way just by admitting, you know,
You just said I was hurt by, I got hurt when I felt hurt. When, and then you put the ending on it and you learn to have this amazing dialogue with yourself. Cause you know, we teach really learn to communicate. If you could communicate with your boss or your customers or your client or your husband, do I have a better relationship with your community? Kind of like, hello? How about communicating with yourself? There is no better skill in the world than the ability to dialogue with your brain and go look, actually, I really want to work all weekend on my websites. I want to run my own business. Then your brain doesn't go, go to a bar, put on Netflix. If you tell you what, I don't want to do it, you end up turning out your sock drawer because to get what you want your mind has to believe you wanted.
That's why. And then the athletes and go, oh, I don't want to get up and try and go on to go to the Olympics is why Marines. When they run through mud and it's pitch black with a miner's lamp on their head, sing a song. Cause their brain goes, oh, I guess in your singing, you must like this, but we go, oh, I got to go to the gym. I want to go. I'm going to eat lettuce food. I really want pizza. I've got to work all weekend or my program. I just want to get into bed and watch house of cards a weekend. So now your mind is like, okay, I know what you don't want to do work. So let me distract you. Let me make you procrastinate. And in the Soviet in potato chips, cause she keeps saying, that's what you want.
But if you go, no, actually I want to work on my computer or we can have one order. I can watch game of Thrones on to work on my website. I want to eat that because I want to be a great size. MIG means I want to go to the gym. So I want to be fit. Then your mind goes, what? Okay. I just fill you up with energy then. But we do it the wrong way. I'm just so uncomfortable that I didn't want to do that. I wish I didn't have to give anything to get out of that. I give anything not to have to go to work. And was there any wake up with a flu and your mind is like, well, that's what you said you wanted. So the ability to dialogue with yourself in a very specific way is phenomenal.
Thank you so much. You're amazing. Yeah. I mean, we all want this and need this and some don't have the communication to say what you just said so eloquently.
Well, that's why I created RTT for me, rapid transformational therapy. For me, it's about certain skills. That to be the most phenomenal therapist to yourself and to your friends and family, if you want, but it shows you techniques that
You sell beautiful
Things.
