National Poetry Month 2021 with Special Guest Poets

National Poetry Month 2021 with Special Guest Poets
She's All Over The Place Podcast Season 3 - Episode 1 Transcription Thank you so much for tuning into she's all over the place with Kyriaki, that's me. Hi, Kyriaki here. I've missed you. Spring has sprung. Welcome to season three of she's all over the place. The clowns prayer is a poem or prayer that comedians of various sorts use for inspiration. There have been several poems that have gone by that name. As I stumbled through this life helped me to create more laughter than tears dispense more happiness than gloom. Spread more cheer than despair. Never let me become so indifferent that I will fail to see the wonders in the eyes of a child or the twinkle in the eyes of the aged.

Never let me forget that my total effort is to cheer people, make them happy and forget momentarily all the unpleasantness in their lives. And in my final moment, may I hear you whisper when you made my people smile, you made me smile. Never let me acquire a success to the point that I just continue calling on my creator in that hour of need, acknowledging and thanking him in the hour of plenty. The original author of this poem is unknown. And here's another one that I found.
This was recently actually very new. I only read it maybe twice, but Charles Mackey, you have no enemies. You say alas, my friend, the boast is poor. He who has mangled in the fray of duty that the brave and doer must have made foes. If you have none small is the work that you have done. You fish, no traits on the hip you've dust, no cuts from purchase that you never turned the wrong to
Right? You've been a coward in the fight. I thought that was really interesting. Yeah. All right. So, wow. We have a really exciting season for you. I'm so excited to have Dr. John. my first doctor on the show. He's a scientist. How cool is that? And then we're going to celebrate the environment earth day. That's right. We're going to have Kelly on from ECOS, super excited to have her on. We have NFTE artists on, we're going to be talking about NFTs, the community of NFT and it's poetry month.
Oh yeah. So yes, World poetry month is this month. All of April, every single year World poetry day was a really, really epic moment and story that we're going to get into first. I would just like to say, thank you so much for being here. Let's just take the deepest, deepest, deepest breath we've taken all day. Sean and Harry Paul taught me that years ago. Take the deepest, deepest breath we've taken all day. We're here for one long moment.
What are we choosing to do in those moments? Where are we choosing to be? You're here, I'm here, we're here together. So I honor you and I value you. I was at a world event worlds with the Z in Los Angeles, a couple of years ago at Hilton and Hyland. And Gary V was the keynote. And Gary V said that one idea between an individual and another is with $4 million. He said, the number one most valuable thing is your attention. What we focus on, we can only focus on one thing at a time. So what are you focusing on? What am I focusing on right here right now? It's the number one most valuable thing.
We can be anywhere in the world and we choose to be here. So remembering to remember that often is what I practice ever since I heard that it was really impactful. Energy emotion, energy is energy, emotion, sound, vibration, music, therapy, sound words, language, podcasting therapy. What we listened to. So healing, I listened to a Tim Ferriss podcast for about three hours to seven in the morning. My sister, she's a genius. She turned me on to Tim Ferris a few years ago and he has this one amazing guy on.
So I'm totally going to botch his name right now, but it's Balaji CERN of it's episode 5, 0 6. I'll have it in the show notes. I highly recommend listening to this podcast. It's almost four hours. It's three hours and 44 minutes. The gentleman speaks about the future of Bitcoin and ether Sirium and the path to personal freedom, wealth and the new world and the changing landscape of warfare. Seriously, it was so eyeopening and the way we're going to communicate in the future, our sound, what we look like, what you think. We look like the unknown it's so prolific.
So getting back on track, my sister also turned me on to Neval. You just have to listen to novels, podcasts, and V a L he's awesome. And then there's like this poet that I found, and it's the voice in writings of Jaya. John, I found him within this the last six months. And I remember I was just like, really just needing to just tune out and in, and of course I put on a podcast and I found him on Instagram and I put it on and his voice is very, very deep and I was listening to him and it was just like, they're so short, like two, three minutes. And so I think, I don't know, I probably listened to like 50 in a row.
It was exactly late going to the spa, going to the spa for your soul. Like, I just, it was so like cleanse and fresh. It was so good when I was just in the dark cuddled up like in a ball and just like lying there, listening to his words of Poetry. It was just so beautiful. And it's exactly what my soul needed. So if your soul needs something like that, I would definitely go look them up. And his name is spelled M J a I Y a John and the podcast is called. I will read for you. Yeah. So we're on a roll with the podcast and we're on a roll with, oh, shout out to Nicky Scorpio.
He has a Scorpio rising podcasts, the podcast for introvert, powerful introverts mental health. And on his third episode, he hit a top 100 on apple podcasts. So congratulations to Nicky. That's super cool. Yeah. Oh, I had ditch busy. She's going to be on the show. Kate Erickson. I'm the engine for entrepreneurs on fire. So shout out to Kate, excited to have her on and shout out to new Alchemy. I appreciate you so much. They have sacred medicine and it's from the Nava pashmina community and created, you know, with sacred water and on a full moon.
So you can check out the show notes for new Alchemy. I'll leave the website. Then we're just going to shift right into speaking of poetry and books. So I did something really epic to me. I remember I was 12 years old and I was feeling very frustrated and misunderstood. And I came home and I went on my top bunk. And again, I was curled up in a little ball against the wall and it was daylight sunny. And I just took a pad of paper and a pen. And I wrote the odd ball and I just put a line under it. And I wrote my first piece, but that was my first Poetry piece. I hope that piece comes up one day.
I wonder where it is. I had the idea when I was 12 that I wanted to publish a poetry book. And there wasn't self publishing that I knew of there. Wasn't Amazon then. And I went through the journey of writing and being frustrated and feeling ignored and feeling like I wasn't getting what I wanted and I wasn't taking action to get what I wanted. And I didn't know how to get what I wanted, which was to be a published author. I remember like, you know, during the pandemic hay house had this amazing 10 day, 16 day conference and all these speakers there's like 75 or something. It was amazing. And I'm like, oh, these are my people, all these people like this is the vibe.
Like if I were going to publish somewhere, I'd go to hay house. And I wrote down some names and resources and just kept studying. And then along the way people are like, oh yeah, you know, we'll lastly you hear talk is, oh, well, when you get a deal with someone, they know it's the name. So you get less money, but you get the clout in the name. And then a professor told me that he went through a publisher and got very little money and then he self published and got more. And I'm just kind of, you know, going with the flow of life, not taking action on what I wanted directly, I guess, but everything weaves in and works out.
Right. But no, you have to like make it happen as well. You know, it's, it's definitely a harmony hack, I guess I would say a bio harmony hack in November was my birthday. Woo-hoo 11, 11. It was my birthday. And I was just deeply reflecting. And I thought, what's one thing that I wanted that I haven't maybe gotten yet, you know? Or it's like, sometimes it's like, where can I go? But like, I wasn't planning on going anywhere. So I was reflecting of like, Hm, Hm. And I thought about, I wanted to publish a book, my first book.
So I gave myself a hard stop. And I said, before the spring, I want to be a published author. I'm going to publish my first poetry book that was in November for my birthday. I'm like, that's going to be my birthday gift to myself. And then January comes along and I'm researching and I'm doing everything. And I take a bunch of notes and I gather the formatting and how it's supposed to look and get examples of some type bok, graphy, colorings, imageries, things of that nature, putting it all together. And I just like very simple minimalistic, very, very simple. And I decided to put together the pieces and I selected 11 pieces. So 11, 11, my birthday, I like 11, my first book, I thought I'll do 11 pieces.
And I happened to select the pieces that were from 2004 and 2012. During that time I was traveling the world. I made a commitment to myself, God, the universe to mother nature, to love, just to experience what love is completely with no other neurotransmitter affecting my emotional state of being or so I thought from one perspective in one shielded angle. So it was really cool. It was really cool. The flowers, the colors, the nature of the trees, the places, the energy, the excitement, the pureness, the color age just brings a smile on my face.
So, so beautiful. And it's what I chose for myself and give to that to myself. I just knew it was like a really young age. People just give it away so quickly and they just feel something different and deeper in a different way that I wanted for myself. So I just, I just felt like could be in my nurture nature to produce breed offsprings. So I had a fantasy and, you know, cause I have a very wild imagination that I would have eight children and I would have children later on in life. I was going to have twins. And I found out through my journey thus far, you're more susceptible to having twins when you have children, when you're older also, I guess there's ways to make that happen.
I haven't looked on a scientific level if it's 100% okay. And safe as I think it would be anyways, I'm not, I'm not going there right now, but the love of nature and the love of being a human being. And so I didn't want that to be tainted. I saw how other people were, how controlling some people are and how frustrated and upset with tears of feeling limited by circumstances. And my toes just like moving right now because I'm definitely not one to feel I'm stuck quote unquote, into a circumstance.
So that's, I guess why we're here with she's all over the place. Cause it's definitely S All Over the Place, all around the worlds, moving, running. Some people call that so many different things, but some people who are like that, they say, you're running from yourself, you're running from fear. It's a neurological thing. It could be like a healthy thing. It could be something of a ADHD that they don't know about or know it can't be tested for. But it's also a huge gift. Seems like a lot of people who have ADHD are very gifted, have a lot of train tracks going on.
And there's this author from Michigan actually. And it's called the book, the queen of distraction. I called her in Michigan at some place. She was working maybe U of M in Detroit or Ann Arbor. But I think I was in Brooklyn. And when I called her and I was like calling her to connect with her and I found her online, I actually wrote her a really long letter, but I did not follow back up. But that's a very insightful book on a lot of different levels and perspectives of how I didn't look before. For example, like she gave this chapter of, oh, this mom of four and everything being like color coded and the keys go in the same place and their lunches going the same place. And like, everything goes in the same place and how like there's like that system of cubby holes and things like that to keep things organized.
And I thought that was like, oh, that's really unique. And I grew up doing that, really organizing certain things. And it was really fun for me. And in a very colorful way, I would color categorize my wardrobe by season and color and had so much fun doing so many others. So I've always wanted just to have a TV show like going and organizing, and I should just do it. I should just like go in somewhere and be like, yo, this is how it looks. And then like, this is the after I should definitely get into action with that. Cause it's been a fantasy that's been just playing out for a while and I can just do it. And I have a funny story about that, that I won't talk about right now, but that some ideas and inspiration, but circling back around here.
Yeah. My book 11 pieces. And then I was thinking with this artist, yo, these pieces that I'm doing the match, the energy of the artwork I did with Robert Sturman, legendary artists, Robert Sturman definitely go to his website, Robert Sturman, studio.com and then his Instagram Robert Sturman, it'll be in the show notes. I'm like, you know what? Those pieces are. It's time when we did a series together, we did this beautiful series and with polarized the original Polaroid that was discontinued in 2001. So when they discontinued it, we were like in our work and he went and bought all the Polaroids he could to put in the freezer.
Cause I think it's good up to a couple of years. So he got as many as he could and put them into freezers and that's it, when it was done, it was done. And most artists, when they're done with their work, they're just like, you know, not most artists, but some are just, you know, deceased. And he was very young in his career. So it was really cool to see a live artists, someone that I collaborated with and be friended and Matt sincere, sincere, beautiful person. Who's taught me so much. He actually turned me on to the author writer, poet colonial Bron. Oh, the broken wings. My favorite book, the broken wings. Oh my God. The poetry book is so amazing. I think I read it when I was in Hong Kong. So I think I did. I think I was, I think I finished, I think I finished reading it in Hong Kong.
So on that note, I'm going to read you a piece for my new poetry book and Juliet is the 11th poem and I wrote that piece in Hong Kong. So I think I'll read that piece for you now, which I'm really excited about the story about Juliet. I was in Hong Kong. I could be very, very extroverted or I could be very introverted, which is an ambivert on both. So I'm an ambivert. I decided when I was in New York city that I was going to go Hong Kong. And when I was in Hong Kong from there, I was going to choose and decide what I was going to do next. And I was going to go to Dubai and visit some friends or go to the woods and bright Tim Michigan and do a 10 day silent meditation.
So may there be details about that trip later, but I'm going to take you back on my June trip to Bermuda. Please enjoy just kidding, reading that piece right now. But I do have a piece called Bermuda in the book that you can read. You'll love it. So I named the book Oliver S Fairytale. Yeah. Yes. I love S Fairytale. I was in Hong Kong and I just woke up. It was around 3, 3, 3 in the morning, just woke up verbatim, boom, grabbed a pad, grab the pen and just wrote this piece. I remember when I was reading a colloquial Braun in the bathtub and I just took the pillows and just, I had this huge bathtub and I just like was like blankets. I think I had a blanket to Juliet.
Hold on to the pain that will never last hold onto the wish that never had the chance I would have could have gone all the way with you. I was taking the chance. You had no clue, but she did it. Who knew sick to my tummy. Now I feel insane. I need to throw up. I keep kissing my brain sick, twisted. I need to be uplifted. I can't take this stress. I can't take this sorrow crossroads star heavens. He could have been the one you could have been in 11, the perfect fit.
The ultimate ish, you and me ride or die. You and me flood the skies with hope, with dreams, you and me in between. You had no hope. You had no fear. You're just a little boy with nothing to gear confidence, bias foundation. And a third degree. You just stood there. Just murdered me really at his wanted dead or alive. You found her and had no pride and keeping her warm and keeping her clean. You were warned.
Had no steam. He could have been the one we could have had so much fun memories and making it last. I once knew you now that's the past learning and growing with someone you love. I'm so, so confused. I thought that was true. Love to take a chance, make it last Juliet. I will be true. Juliet. I love you. Take the chance. Forget the past. You and me. Right? Or die. You and me time to fly.
Spread those wings. Oh, so wide. It looked to me. I'll be by your side. The forever kingdom is waiting for us. I'm your Empress. The one you can trust forever me by your side. Forever me with so much pride. I I'm Julie, yet your sacred one on your silk roses, sitting in the sun. You and me together. We are one love this piece. Well, those pieces it's so cool. I'll put in the, the video I did on Valentine's day when I was in New York city. There's a beautiful video.
Hi. Right. So yeah. Thanks for listening. I was on the journey with you. That was really cool. Yeah. I was, you know, Shakespeare Poetry usually at my very first speaking network series role was really at that's how I play like Romeo and Juliet on CSI, New York. I was a contortionist to beautiful love story, you know, Romeo and Juliet, right? So I'm super obsessed, grateful, blessed. Self-care super-important Epson salt facials.
I've just been doing facials. I've been off social media for three flat days now. And I dunno, I just like uninstalled everything and made a commitment to listen to my body. I find they need to listen. It's been very enjoyable, just listening to the soul sound of my body and just hydration, drinking a lot of water sleep, just getting some really good, deep, deep, deep sleep. I'm so grateful to do voiceovers. And I'm so grateful for you and me and showing up and being here at World poetry month. Yeah. World poetry month to speak at world poetry month.
World poetry day was on the first day of spring, March 21st. Also my parents' anniversary, one of their anniversaries, their other ones in may were Greek. So they have two anniversaries married twice and it's always on March 21st and we're all Poetry day. How cool to have a love and be married on world Poetry day. And this other piece I wanted to read for you, it's called numb and I help we'll get to it and read it. But that's a really beautiful piece written and inspired by M G and M G Marvin Gordon and Molly Gordon. And I love them so much. They're so sweet. And when you read the poem, you'll hear why.
And when I'm talking about, you know, these people who make, feel so much joy in showing me so much love and compassion and kindness, it's a great piece. So numb it's the third one in the book. Yeah. So with that being said, okay, so our new radio show, you're going to hear a bit of the opening. So I have a was World poetry day in January when I was doing the Kindle and I was uploading it. I then scheduled an event in clubhouse for world Poetry day in January about maybe a week or two later, I was in a club called value culture and hello value culture.
What's up, definitely go join their club value culture. And I went to the stage and I met CC keratin and I met Adam swig. And he's the creator. He's in the bay area of a value called tour. I value culture on the Instagram. I read a Poetry piece. I shared about my new poetry book and how I was doing a room. And he, Adam in a CC said they wanted to host it with me. And I was like, oh cool. So it was nice having that support early on and really producing and creating something. By the time the day came, we had about 12 people on the lineup who were showing up for Poetry and world Poetry day.
And I was in a clubhouse with a all Asian Poets and they were reading and Mandrian, I wrote my poem in English and I met Alanna and I invited her and Harry to come to the event and Adam hosted it in value culture in, in their club, which was really, really sweet. And I was so inspired that I actually wrote an article on thrive global. And if you want to read it, I'll put it in the show notes. So you can read it. Also check out chonacas.com. It's like really, really nice. I had an updated. So shout out to Robin on the second phase Podcast, who is all about branding and I was on her podcast and it's all about like building your personal brand.
And I share slices of my story and it was very healing and therapeutic being able to, you know, share and her hold space for me and other, a female boss, people out there. So definitely look up the second phase Podcast. And Robin taught me some really cool things about SEO and putting 300 words on each landing page, you know, so I would come up in the Google search engine and I've been definitely studying YouTube business, so, okay. So that was World poetry day. And so the day, the actual day of the event, I got so much like anxiety and it's a social app. So it's like the, really for the first social app really like clubhouse.
And it was like one hour before it happened, it started happening like maybe two hours before. And I was, it was just, I was just with my mom and I'm just like, yeah, like, and I was like, oh yeah, like I, I felt this feeling before because like I'll organize and put on produce events and stuff. But when I actually like go, I have so much anxiety. And just because I have that personality, put it all together, I was always just like going out into the world and just like showing up and not thinking twice about it and a part of my body. And I guess a part of me, I guess, was ignoring the part that it gave me, you know, like the shakes, like it made me get really frozen and like anxious.
And I was very calm. It was like well-prepared. And so it was, it was like nerves and exciting stuff. But so like an hour came, we had the dinner 45 minutes came and mom was like, oh, well, why don't you just go lie down? And I'm thinking, oh yeah, not lying down. That's not happening. But I just went to the window and I just like looked at the sun and just close my eyes and just was just kind of breathing and just feeling the sun. And it felt really nice and it calmed me down. And then I thought about some birthday parties and events, you know, art events that I put on and curated different kinds of things. And yeah, you, you had that feeling there and then too, but you just come, like you knew it was there, but you just buried it deep.
And like, you didn't eat. Didn't feel it, but it was like not have it, but it was just like kind of nerve wrecking, I guess. I guess it's, you know, a part of experiencing emotions in life, but knowing my perception of it now and then are just completely paradoxical. Okay. So the day of the event were a poetry day. The event actually went on for 12 hours, 12 hours. And I'm like two minutes till I was three minutes. Over a hundred pounds, came on world Poetry day in clubhouse. And I got to over pour of messages. That's why I was so inspired to write the article on thrive and then talk about it right now with you.
It was magical and the language and the word and Caroline mice, M Y S S she's a mystic intuitive, brilliant from Chicago. And she has a Ted talk on choices. And I was so moved by her. I did an article, the word in the language, the language in the word of Poetry, the sound, the meaning. And I just recently had a voiceover audition. And it's so cool when I get the auditions and they want a real spoken word, pilot, poet, musician, rapper, like, and like, yeah, what's up. It's so good.
It's so much fun. I'm very grateful to be a part of this community. Thank you so much for supporting me and showing up for me. Appreciate that. Thank you. Thank you so much. We had Poets read in German, this beautiful poet, Lena. She has this piece it's called pinky finger piece. All the Poets will be in the show notes. he's going to be on next week. He did a piece called pig aside. There's this amazing musician, her name's Linda. And we had a violinist rich Vagner. He's so cool. He plays all these different instruments and he reset the room.
And then his brother, Boris Vagner, he's a poet. And we met and read poetry together in, in value cultures club on clubhouse. It was such a brilliant, beautiful day hearing. Everyone's voices. We had artists from Malaysia, Pakistan reading in their native language, Mexican heritage. Oh, it was so beautiful. Zach's a poet. He's on the sophisticated psychos radio show. You're going to hear him doing the bits with Nicky, the end of the news today. It's super funny. A Izolda she's from Russia.
She's on a podcast episode. She self published six books is all the Trachtenberg and she's on, you know, two podcast episodes. If you want to go look up Izolda and we have one on creative writing and spirituality, and she talks all about self publishing, which was a huge, insightful, inspirational episode to have with her and who she is as a woman in the space she creates for other people. She's very gracious. She actually lived in Michigan for a while and we met in a standup comedy class. And it was my very first class ever hers too.
It was a six week class. We did an episode on stand up comedy too. It's really awesome. Check them out. But she does a piece. Nicky does a piece, Nicky Scorpio. I was in this, I went to pod Fest and it was like for 10 days, it was intense. Shout out to Rob Greenlee over at Libsyn, what's up. He invited me to the event and it was spectacular And I wrote hello. And I started a board room and I'm just like, and I was about mental health and being an advocate and an ally for culture. And I asked the question they read and they went back and forth and we created some space in a conversation.
And I had an actionable step for people to just send me anything about mental health. And I would put this like documentary or bit, you know, I'd put something together. And so out of all the people, she was the only one that sent me this audio, her name's Eliya Del Ross. And she talks about mental illness and it's so beautiful. And so that's going to be something you'll listen to last, but not least there actually there's an NFT artist. He's really cool. He's a dad call love Gaya. And he is Aaron Ableman and the, yeah, so he makes NFTs is an NFTE artist.
And then we have the greater good Michelle Cox. So I'm really excited to play all these pellets for you and share some, a world Poetry day right here on this episode. And any artists who hears this, that wa that was in the room and you want to send over your MP3, please do. And I'll put you in an upcoming episode because this whole theme of seasons three is about Poetry. And although she's all over the place with doctors and scientists and Mount Sinai billionaires who are into the environment and doing boss things with their lives and sharing stories on being African and Greek and you know, women boss, ladies in Michigan, Michelle, the creator of Mana Boxes with her partner and Africa, Annie Pamela is so cool and introduced me to Michelle and had me be a part of this revolutionary moment in life of connecting Africa with Michigan in a new, deeper way.
And Michelle raise $1 million in the beginning of the pandemic for 1800 women in Africa, women owned businesses in fashion and their children, and literally saved them and gave them an opportunity to create with their hands with love. And you feel the Mana, the energy, the love in the pieces. And we did an episode together actually, and I would definitely check it out. Michelle Mana Boxes, and I'm a huge supporter and advocate. If you want to be involved as definitely check out Mana Boxes and tell them she's all over the place scent SHEEO okay.
Cool. Cool world Poetry day. Shout out to all the Poets. I'm a poet. If you didn't know it well, what, what, yeah. Okay, cool. So now we're going to play all the artists I just told you about. I hope you really enjoy the show.
We say site, we are too intense Scorpios that, wait, what do you know? Who are you to tell me what to do? I just want to love you. Hello. Welcome to the sophisticated
Psychos experience
Where everyone is
Welcomed. Hi, good evening. And welcome to optimistic pessimistic news. The news that I think you can use, although I'm really not quite sure how you can use it. I'm your host coast to coast like coconut butter and gluten-free toast. Nicky Scorpio. Thanks Nikki. This is Zach maniac reporting. Fantastic in the news today.
Now, now I wanted to talk. I want to go for it, Nicky. Okay. Yeah, sure. Dolores, I guess. Great. Hello? Hello. Am I, am I on the air? Hey Julie, I love you girl. Yeah, we're in there like swimwear. Oh my God. Okay. In the news today, Nicky Scorpio made some fire beats. He's a little shy. I guess the word introverted, I guess, is the politically incorrect terms. So he's a, he's like a new kind of manly anyway. He's making hits why you're taking sh ah, okay. Thank you Delores. Thank you for that fantastic update. Well, of course, Nikki baby. Anyway, here's a banger. Just vibe out. Yo DJ drop that.
Look how much you've overcome. How beautiful your scars. Look in the lights, the documents got you. Let's see. There's an agenda. Yes. The agenda is change. You are the powerful one. You are breakable and undefined and cover to cover the bestselling novel with pages torn from being re-read over Wiggin and passed on. So the younger generations can read sales by candle light and humidity. That requires a passport unless you are native. Yes. There are genders in your world where you are the agenda, right?
Yes. The gay agenda, the black lives matter, which end up women wanting to go right to choose what to do with their body agenda. Men wanting to feel secure, competent, and not appear weak agenda. Yes. The human agenda confuses because the world is rapidly changing. They are cleaned onto their agenda for their dear life. So whose agenda is more real and more valid. See, you are limitless. There are no victims here. Warriors are strong by their ability to be vulnerable because the pain trapped inside is more damaging than being honest with yourself. See if you are beyond anyone's titles or definitions or versus in an edited book with revise versus what hidden chapters to be with God is to breathe.
God and goddess and spirit and universe are beets. Inhale. Let it all go. So dear young, so dear beautiful human being let's talk. Well, you look me right in the eyes, into my soul. And let me see what you tried to hide so scared, but angry enough to hide it from yourself. See, I've been from Beverly Hills and Bel air to bed, roaches and broken dreams, business projects, that project walls with hellish elevators and hope this hallways traumas on the corner where there's more liquor stores and smiles from broken homes and breaking bread and constantly clearing karma from lifetimes and the very people you load in this lack sign, run out that DJ cause that's fire.
I said, you are clear on the karma of chaos. You created from past license. Now you can stand up there and then you used to be so while your people have a darker pigment of skin than you and complain about how the system occurs to you. Well, I dare you. I dare you go live in the environment, headed down in a land of broken dreams, government cheese, that doesn't melt feelings, not allowed to be felt because of trick cards that were dealt tired of you jokers. And the soul is feeling growing pains because we had to stretch beyond limits. So everyone receives the love. Yes, old white men who stay combined in a safe closed space are shocked to see what has been sold for centuries.
People are shocked when the voice, this talk, that's fine. They either love you, or they hate you because they are either to themselves or destroy themselves. When nobody is looking and seeking your beautiful energy, without knowledge of how much more powerful they will be. If they just let you be yourself, your power or self. And then after the internal war, you find inner peace and your inner child can finally dance and rejoice once again. And you realize that all those times you were bullied all those times, you were beaten down and all those words they said against you only made you Bulletproof and invisible. My friend. See you realize they hated themselves.
And you thank God that you grew up in fear and chaos in a more, yes, you thank God that you're raised without a father to tell you to be strong. Don't cry. Thank God that you grew up in such diversity that nothing or no one will shock you. And because you know yourself, you celebrate everyone on their journey. No bitterness here, no artificial flavors. You see the humanity and unconditional love that we are and the game has changed. Your agenda. Mine is mine. Is yours lacking or not in it? So each acceptances self-love this parish one size too small,
The greater good. We are at a pivotal moment in the history of the United States. And there I say, the world what's telling in this moment is that among the deaths, wars and fighting, we're not listening. We as a collective have not learned the lessons of kindness and the spirit of love as a follower of God, the most high I implore our world to search and live to the greater good. Now I am not advocating a life of selflessness that is moved by a sense of martyrdom and not invoking that we live like our sisters who serve the call as nuns.
I'm not even requesting that people live a life of service like Dr. Martin Luther king, Jr. My request is very simple. In fact, I'm asking that you show small acts of simple kindness, like holding a door for a senior at the store, taking the time to say hello. As we pass both our neighbors and those that we perceive to be strangers on our way, smile with your eyes and let them protrude the love in your heart. Call and check on an old friend, send a card that gives up the, to the soul. These are, but a few examples of living towards the greater good. My sisters and brothers, we all have something great inside of us that is needed now more than ever.
We need to share and come back to a place where love is both the goal and the answer. The time is now to make our world a better place. Let us all begin today to live our life in a place known as the greater good.
This is Zach Damon. Reading love is love is waking up grateful for another day. Love is showing gratitude in how we live. Love is knowing your best is good. Enough love is listening. No matter the differences love is that simple. How are you from a friend? Love is that tingling excitement as they arrive love is that smile that makes you smile. Love is fighting, forgiving and loving. Again, love is talking positively about others. Love is never expecting flowers or money or chocolates or anything in return.
Love is not just the day in February. Love is every day, no
Mental illness. Boy, this is a tough topic. I have several friends who suffer from mental illness. Some of them have more than one condition. Some can stay on top of it with medication and therapy. And that's because they either are paid enough that they can buy those things on their own or their job provides insurance that covers it. Others don't have those resources so they can struggle. One thing they all have in common though. One thing they've mentioned multiple times is that they've experienced insensitivity from others. Mental illness is an invisible disability and unless you know someone really well, you're not going to understand why they can go for a long stretch of time, feeling just fine, having motivation to get up and go to work everything else.
And then suddenly it's just, they wake up one day and they don't feel like doing anything, excepts, steered the ceiling or turnover and go back to sleep. And you may not understand why they will have long, long periods of time, where they feel really down, very, very depressed. And the had those periods, we broken by periods of mania where they seem to be, oh, I'm okay. Hunky, everything's hunky Dory. And then it's back to, I really don't want to get up because I do not have the will to, but I think one thing that's helped me become more comfortable with talking about mental illness is reading their posts, describing you know, how they're feeling or how's this new medication that they're trying because their doctor suggested it.
How was that working out? I think it's also, I think it's important to read posts like that from your friends. I think those, and like listening to podcasts from people who have mental illness or who works, therapists, reading blogs, I think those things can help the public gradually get used to the idea of having open and honest conversations about mental illness. And I think the more we do that, the more we will dispel the stigma surrounding mental illness and the more we're used and the more comfortable we'll get with, you know, talking about it.
We won't have people making fun of expressing concern over mental health. Eventually it may just be, you know, like dental health it'll be thought of as just another way for us to keep ourselves healthy and in good shape and keep going. I think one thing that can, that will be a very welcome side effect of changing society's perception of mental health and their perception of mental illness. Is that not only are we going to make ourselves humans, not only are we going to make ourselves healthier and therefore make our lives better? I think eventually we're going to be able to make life on this planet better for everyone by everyone.
I mean, the plants, the animals like the birds, you know, the moose wolves because goodness knows peop when people are hurts and they feel like no, one's going to help them. Like there is nothing they can do. They'll lash out, they'll hurt someone else. They may not want. They may not mean to, but it's kind of hard to remember that you don't have to, when it feels like the whole world is against you. So I think if we can change society to accept that mental health is an important part of staying healthy overall, not only are humans going to make ourselves better, but I think we'll even, I think we'll even improve the way we live life on planet earth.
And that in turn will make life better for, you know, everything. And everyone, we share this plan
With his old attract and Berg, heart of stone, cracked tattered stone of the broken hearted. Be still breathe. Hear the soft wind, see the bright sky, feel the warm sun taste the cool water, touch the solid earth. You are not alone when, when you're wrong, admit it when you're right, be right, but don't be smug when you've learned something new, acknowledge it. Once someone taught it to you, acknowledge them when you feel something express it.
When you know something, stick to your guns. When you believe in something stand tall, when you're afraid, feel the fear and then do it anyway. When you lose, be gracious. When you win, be gracious when the time is wrong, breathe and wait when the time is right. Do your thing. When you want to sing, sing, when you want to dance dance, when you need a hug, open your arms. When you want love, open your heart. Thank you, Katie, for this opportunity. My name is Lana, and you're about to hear my note. It's called pinky finger pace. They used to tell me you have a bright future before the world went Titanic. I used to believe that well, here's my bright one. Silence, four walls, piles of books, and face-timing anxiety, frailty, a heart that I'm not able to embrace miles away. How to help the loved one. When you're a miles away, how to solve the fact that you're helpless, desperate prayers, insights seems like I was born again. I'm learning the meaning of words. I'm learning the meaning of feelings. I'm learning the value of days and seconds. My life has been muted.
My skills have been put on hold what? Now I tried to remember when was the last day, when I felt happy as a kid, it was the night of September 20, 21 night. I'm on the 365 of them. I'm referring to God. Was it planned? Maybe you want to clean the world. Repeat the history. Start over harsh. Mov I assure we will manage to rise from this ruins. Of course we'll will. We're holding on to things that are valuable, where are holding onto hope. I've never thought I'll be signed rich. You. Now I have a long distance heart, a long distance Hawk, a long distant family.
I watched the pendulum swing because every second is priceless and it felt like a frown away, too much of it. Just sitting here waiting for a change. King Solomon, sad. This too shall pass, and I can help, but wonder how far we are from this, how close we are to Bess. I'm reading the wisdom again and again at time to weep and a time to laugh steal. I wonder how long is a weeping and how loud does the laughter the whole year am angry. But I decided on the pinky finger piece, inevitably and I beat in play after all. There's always a future and we're hoping to make it bright.
Again, it slammed up and you can find me on Instagram. It's Len C1. Thank you.
They declare war on a multiracial democracy using a blueprint of constitutional democracies, using the tools of whiteness and all its properties. Create the visual precision were false dichotomies, rationalizing the lives of their convictions. We in khakis and times of how they positions, they meant nationalism is the description. It's really white supremacy, different prescription. He holds true to some folks. What's your decisions because the lines are clearly defined. I understand that disconnection a country has substance ignorance. Citizens exception don't fall for Donald David Duke's nature's deception. There's no form all lies, but there's a connection. So let me ask you this question.
What's the less pick a side, pick a side, claiming it's just economic anxiety. As you lie to me when it's more so racial, resentment dressed. If pie you believed in the gospel of meritocracy, spoonfed you as the truth by the toxi telling you that the others were the problems that this democracy really is the system and what not same playbook. This is the colonial period. You fell for the same car again and again, St. Grow different men, period, period, your indifference to suffering. As you suffering period, you it's an affluence. And that you're under the influence period.
Blame the victims of a system. Now you're the systems victims. Period. Blinding is wedded to the fiction of whiteness period. Even if the microscope isn't fascist, that's serious, pick a side, we've all inherited dismiss, but now it's our time. Now the line drawn in the sand paid for an hour hour, and maybe I should have said this on the first line, but I'm going to start to make America great for everyone for the first time. First side
I wish my letter was a wish come true. Not time to waste with that at this, the faded, the university's mother wildflower and plot twist until she loves me and adjust everything on this big tick goes like video clicks, click clock, and all of a sudden politics by him reigns true then basic science back. There's this also fossil foolish. We have a decade to flip the switch and we're all finished the caveman myth versus gender non binary, Netflix chilled the planet tapes, X wards, open nature, one or two bids, a football field blitz.
Man can do this without a woman's hips, no babies without maybes, whether it's blood or credit, sweat, the bits GOP or Democrat or official or art or intelligence. Can this be the year we make a change in dip the chips into a new super bowl. The next the ignorance whereby known is to love defines is your love, your true nature or nature. Love bullshit loves in tune with nature is near that. circle back with social emotional intelligence victory without vengeance. The for vendetta is like Colby minus the mistresses because love is not business, but takes investment in patients like a night nurse doctor, when the clinic's healing your body wet plant mineral biomedics request to carbon nip the risks relative the new relationship with the selfless message and a plastic free bottle best it's let us arrive in for our grandkids.
Announced Cindy made love our friend. First hate gave way to forgiveness, a break dance and a break, slow walk, salsa, whirling, dervish men in the broken record glass to Coon alarm at the wedding of no one. Yes. Gaia. You warm up boom. And up in the wind green dress. Yes. Yes.
Yeah.

I'm going to play you numb for now. I'll read it on another episode for you listening, soul searching. What? You know, what, how do you feel? It's so numbing stone cold, a faint distraction in the wrist, brain and hands, a new direction ready, but not sleek, never too clear, never to speak elite through a new day.
I sit here and contemplate reality. What is really going on? Why for how long, what will become will the truth shine through? Will it be real or just another story? Tale of who knew numb? I can not speak numb. I wished to peak a somber joyous moment. Can it be true? How will it be? Who will turn, who will see I've been out of touch, but Rising and learning a new way of life, a new way of being, take it to the heart. People who care so much about me, who are honest and give me such pleasure.
Always educating, always a fun way to play while sitting there and learning, loving each and every day. Take each moment for the moment, because as we all know, nothing, no matter how jelling of a feeling, no matter how high one can be, the dark days are for us to see, feel and learn from such hope, such laughter with the ones you love. You think now in back of hopefully the good times to come. I clench my teeth. My body feels weak. Who really cares who's to blame, who to look to for hope and guidance. So one does not fall in scrape her knees bleeding so badly that it never heals in the art of her beauty.
In the description of her eyes. I look to you and I find no surprise. And I seek for you not one let down after another, get used to it. When it's up, it's up when it's low, it's low. How low will you go? What is low? How low, high, how high really have you seen this and that and everything in between. It looks to me. You have never seen the distance in which I am to become a thought of mishaps of forgotten butterfly, flying, flying, flying, and flying.
Thank you so much for joining us. We'll see you next time,Kyriaki over and out.
