Anger Anger the Anger Inside

Anger Anger the Anger Inside
She's All Over The Place Podcast Season 2 - Episode 14 Transcription Thank you so much for tuning into she's all over the place with Kyriaki, that's me. Hey. Hey. Hey. Welcome to November, 2020. Wow. November. Oh, geez. Well exciting things for November. It's my birthday month. 11, 11. What? Yes. Angelic numbers. 1111 though. Awakening. Also my dad's birthday is 11, 11. He was a cross-country runner. He turned me on to cross country running and we share this special intimate bond. He's amazing. I love him so much. And he taught me about short term goals, medium term goals, and long-term goals.

I really applied that principle for cross-country running into life. Right. Looking at it as a marathon. And so when I meet people, I plant seeds, I nurture them and I have the foresight and I look for the longterm goal of having an interpersonal connection with the individual. One of the things I do is, you know, every three months I kind of check into my garden and I take a rake and I just rake away all the duds and it creates new soil and room to plant new seeds. And so it's kind of always that metaphor of planting new seeds and nurturing the ones that are there. So that's kind of my, you know, vibes for November here, 11, 11.
I'm so excited. And my niece, her birthday is the ninth. So it's two days before my dad's birthday. And yeah, so rocking and rolling celebrations of all the birthdays, you know, the drive-bys, all those things people are doing nowadays to keep safe. Today's topic is all about Anger. It's an exciting topic. It's a difficult topic. And it's a topic where I had a lot of back and forth up and down and all around about like, what am I going to talk about? What am I going to say? What am I going to share? You know, and I've avoided this for such a long time because it's, you know, an emotion I've isolated denied, hid covered up with tot to cover up.
Just not talk about anything like everything's okay. So I've done a lot of work along the way. And so for me to be having this difficult conversation and even be talking about the topic of anger, I, it just goes to show myself and hopefully you, that, you know, I built up courage within to share some of my experiences and what I've learned thus far. And I hope by listening to this podcast, this specific episode, it will inspire you and it will help you take massive action. That's why I'm here. I'm here to inspire you. I'm here for you to take massive action. I hope the wheels will be turning and you'll gain a lot of insight from today's podcast.
The last podcast was having Nicky Scorpio on and we chatted about manifestation and mental health. And people are really loving that episode. So if you haven't heard it definitely it's the one right before here listened to it. We have a lot of other goodies coming up about mental health. I'm a big advocate for mental health. I struggled with mental health, my whole entire life. I'm just now keyword here, leaning in, leaning in to keyword for you. You know, I've heard it before, but now it's like, you know, when you hear something over and over, but then like one time it sticks or it's like, ah, or it applies. So right now I'm all about like leaning in, leaning into it. And I'm feeling very raw and very vulnerable.
And we can talk about this later on another podcast episode, but in reference to struggle mental health, it couples with anger and, you know, Anger is a big Emotion. So they say, jealousy's the number one emotion and angers. Number two. My favorite emotion is curiosity. That's my favorite Emotion. I've remembered being in so many states and so many different times in my life where I was just in bliss. And I was just so curious, no strings attached, no one able to, you know, pass my boundaries, come pass my wall. You know, step into my personal space. I was able to just to close the door and keep people at arms length I chose who could come in.
And I also chose when they could leave. You know, I had a fear of intimacy into Macy intimacy, Susan Batson. She's Nicole, Kevin's personal acting coach for 1920 years now, Nicole, Kevin's never taken an acting class in her life. She just has studied private with Susan Batson for her whole career. Susan Batson is amazing. She's in New York city. I studied with her hands on for a year, every single day. And she's also the acting coach for Juliet Zac Efron. I believe she met Zac Efron on the set when she was, when he did that movie with Nicole Kidman, I've seen Liv Tyler Usher. I know she coaches Madonna Oprah. So she's a legend. A lot of international people come to America just to study with Susan Batson.
But she taught me about into me, see intimacy, right? And so I'm very personable with people, but also it's like, I have this bubble and I get personal, but I know how to redirect and not, you know, and, and keep certain things hidden. Right? So anyway, so when I was a little girl, I wanted to travel the world. I wanted to get out. I had so much rage and so much anger inside of me. You know, we go through times in our life where it may be five years, 10 years, 15 years where it's like, we're stuck in these circumstances, especially if you're a child, right. We're under the restrictions of whoever's raising us and whatever our circumstances are, we're children.
Right? So that stuff like adds up. It's like having rusty pipes, right. And needing to put Draino in it to like clear it out. And so I'm gonna give you some tips and on how to clear out the old GHAC of the anger and the unprocessed emotions and help shapeshift you to lean into more of abundance and self love and health that will help you get past the stuck stuff and the anger and the rage, anger and rage. It's not like it'll ever go away. It's just, it minimizes it minimizes. It's just stuck. It's just super, super stuck like a pipe. Right. And then you put the Draino and you put the Draino in and it clears out. So you have so much stuff like impacted in your brain.
What is it? The hippocampus and your short-term memory. And you have your amygdala and which is your emotional sensory, which is right behind your eye, where it stores all your emotions. Yeah. So when I was a little girl, I wanted to get out runaway and just like fly so far and like never come back and just see the world and expand my wings and flourish, all of my fantasies, dreams, goals, and desires. So for me, I was like this little bird in a cage and I felt trapped. I felt so stuck and trapped. And I'm like, you know, as soon as I'm 18, I'm just going to like open up that cage and just like fly. And I didn't know how I was going to do it. I didn't know how I was going to see the world travel the world. And I have Tony years later, but my backup plan when I was a teenager and I had no idea like how it was going to happen, I knew it was going to happen.
My backup plan was to be a flight attendant. I'm like, oh, okay. Flight attendants. They get buddy passes. They get to travel, take a pan and go around the world. I'm like, oh yeah, I love flying. I'm going to be a flight attendant. That's what I'm going to do. Well, that was my backup plan. I didn't have to do that. But that was it at the time now with, you know, what's happening in the world, God bless the souls of the ladies and the people who are on the aircraft's being flight attendants because wow. I mean, they must be so brave. And I mean, I couldn't do it. There's no way. So that plan would have worked then, but now that plan went out of work. So yeah, that's that, oh, the one thing I want to tell you about everything I'm saying right now, no matter what, all my circumstances, all your circumstances, all the anger, all the rage, all of it, every single bit of it, I have just taken it and blessed it.
And I've been so grateful and I've put it into my craft. That's the cool thing about being an artist and being a human being. You can take those energies and emotions and experiences and you can apply them. So instead of it, having the best of you, instead of being boggled down by what happened and circumstances, we can never change. You know, I took all of that and put it into my roles for TV, for film, I video game voiceovers. I mean, some of them were so happy and wacky and it's fun. I can be colorful and crazy and rainbow. And some of them are like rawr, you know, and some of them are just like, you know, like really they really go there. You know what I'm saying? If you, if you play video games, you know what I'm talking about.
And so you're able to apply, you know, those attitudes and character descriptions in the video games and animation series that come up. I'm so grateful to be able to have that experience and just apply it into my craft. And not only for acting, you know, for painting, you know, black and all the dark colors moody, and then all the bright colors on a canvas, you can put it on a canvas and write about it in poetry. There's so many ways you can express your emotions. That's why, you know, having that outlet is so important to a lot out your emotions because we're emotional beings and it needs to come out. And a lot of people talk about their physical health all the time.
And so when I'm communicating with people and I'm like, how are you feeling? I'll say, how are you physically? Or if they're saying, oh, this is wrong, or this is wrong. I'll be like, is it physical? Or is it emotional? And most people like, kind of like glare and like, look at me or they're like, oh, but I've been doing that more now in my communication. And talking about like, not only being physically fit, but being emotionally fit. And so I have nieces and nephews and they're, you know, in their little teens, you know, I'll talk to them. I'm like, how are you emotionally feeling? And I'll talk to them about their emotions. And I'm really happy and proud because I feel like, you know, as an aunt planting the seeds with them will go a really long way for the development of their beings.
Yeah. I'm just getting comfortable actually now talking about my emotions and, you know, even with my mom and my dad before I wasn't, and I'm just like, Hey, like I am emotionally drained right now. I'm emotionally not doing very well. And I'm able to communicate, instead of saying it's something else. Or if there was something going on, I would like, you know, take a couple minutes and be like, Hey, actually the reason why I'm reacting this way, and the reason why I'm being this way, it's because like, I'm emotionally upset about this thing. And I just want to let you know, like, I'm emotionally upset about this thing. So you don't go on to think it's like other things. Cause that's what people do in their mind. They think it's about other things, but really it was like emotional stuff. And we all like, you know, put layers on and put shields on and covered up. Speaking of the reason, what, what triggered me to actually have this conversation is I see a little boy's face right now.
I have an imagery of this little boy's face and I keep seeing his face and he's related to me. And I saw him the other day. I wanted to help him. And he's in trouble because he's not doing very well in school right now because it's homeschooling. I guess it's pretty hard on him. And you know, it's, it's not good and he's not getting the support that he needs and he's not getting the attention that he needs. You know, circumstances are circumstances and it's very difficult and it's very hard and I could get angry and I could react. And I could say things that I used to say, but that's not going to help. Right. That's not going to help. He's not my child. If he was my child, I would raise, do different things with my children. But everyone has the way that they are with their children. And you need to respect those boundaries no matter what. So anyway, it was like shortly before I was going to leave and he just looked over the shoulder and his eyes got so big and his face was the way that he was.
And he was so angry. He was so angry and I just at him and I felt so bad and I was so scared. Like I was really scared. I was so scared. Like I was so scared because like, I know what it's like to be that angry. I know what it's like to be that angry. And also I had another thought of what if he's angrier than I've ever been and people who get so angry, go on to do other things right. And seeing this and knowing this and then feeling helpless. Like what can I do if you have an idea of something I can do, you know, like, please get in touch with me. Imagine Katie at gmail.com, you know, we're in this together.
I only know what I can know and I can only do what I can do, but it's very difficult. But when I saw that, I just thought it was really important to have this conversation because I know what it's like to be that angry. And when I was his age, I don't know if I was that angry, but I know I must've been angry and gotten angry. And I, you know, I've heard along the journey about this Anger. I had to meet deep down. And then the exploration of allowing the jealousy to come out, deciding like a scientist, knowing when I was gonna let my anger out when I was going to let my jealousy out. And it's been a practice ever since like every single day, just like looking at it from all different angles and studying and practicing, and it's difficult. And it's, it's definitely a journey.
I mean, it gets better because I'm here and I'm talking about it instead of it having control and power. And it's so deep, deep, deep, deep, deep, deep, deep down, I thought by going out, traveling the world and running and running and running and running and running and running and running and running and doing everything and everything I was into that, it would go away, but it would show up. I was hiding something, you know, which leads me to my mom and dad turned me on to this group called mercy me. And then a few days later there was a film on about the band mercy, me, and it was a story of the band and the lead singer. And I only saw a bit of it, but it's wild because the pivotal point that I saw of it was the child was abused by his dad who was Dennis Quaid.
He was out performing and this big time manager saw him. They had a back and forth. And then the manager said, okay, the last song do that with all of your songs to show your vulnerability and authenticity and all that stuff. And so the manager came to the next show. All the seats were filled. He took them backstage to meet Amy Grant and this other big time music person to hype him up, got really excited, got on the stage, had an amazing performance. And then when it was done, he said, what is it? He said, he's like, something's holding you back. Like, what is it? What's keeping you back. And then he's like, it's my dad, you know, his dad beat him. His dad hit him. And this is his story. I'm just telling it independent story now. So he had the quest to go back home to like face his fears and face what was going on.
And so he did that while he was there. There's the dynamics that they had. And then he left and then came back and then, you know, he was there for his dad and he was able to like face it and then men, the relationship and as best as they both could. Right. So if you have that opportunity, some people don't have the opportunity. Some, some people don't have the person, they can actually talk to some people, you know, they've passed on and it's too late. And a lot of times it's too late, but if you have the opportunity to write something, that's wrong with someone who you have anger towards, you know what I mean? And you don't need forgiveness from them. If you can forgive them for yourself, you know, that's the thing when you're angry, if you can forgive them, not for them, if for that, I'm cool.
But if you can forgive for yourself, then you really, when you know, you're not holding onto things tightly and you're allowing the let go to process, but it's a step in the good direction for your health and for your sanity and for true peace and joy and to get past things. So yeah, with me, I, I felt like I did the same thing. I ran and ran and went all around the world and I got involved in so many different things. And it's like, what was I doing? Yeah. I wanted to experience everything. I wanted to do everything in life and just explore everything God had to offer. And it was so exciting to be involved in so many things, but it was really difficult for me to stick to one thing. It was really difficult for me to just stay involved with one thing, because I was just intimidated and I was scared of facing the truth and facing my anger and facing my jealousy and just facing myself and what was going on inside.
And, you know, ever since I started the journey to do that, I've been developing my human being and my soul in so many different areas, my empathy and my compassion and my emotions. And I feel like it's just, you know, made me more grounded with the vulnerability for myself and for others. And, you know, applying that to my work as well in my work, I was like stuck. Like I was working and stuff and I kept going, but I wasn't like landing the series regular. I like test it for TV shows, but it wasn't landing like consistent work. Like I wanted and like getting consistent work as an actor. And what was holding me back was the anger inside. It was what was holding me back was the Anger.
And I was holding myself back. So I had to like really deal with the stuff within, you know, and so I've been doing that. I've been doing acting for voiceovers. I've been doing that, but I took up a timeout on screen, but now I'm like, I'm ready to go. I'm ready to go. Because I took that time out to really focus and enrich myself as a human being, which is only going to enrich myself as an actor and know all my emotions through and through inside and out for myself and for, you know, the characters I play and the characters when I'm listening to what they're saying and being able to re relate to it, like really relate. Whereas before I don't, I feel like I was just like a deer in headlights. I don't think I really had that emotional connection.
Yeah. It's a beautiful thing. Vulnerability is very, very powerful and it's not a weakness. You know, Bernay brown and people were speaking more of vulnerability and showing the strength of empathy and compassion. And I'm an advocate. And Nikki Scorpio, my music partner, he really, you know, stood up for me and was raised very differently than I was, and really, you know, nurtured and embrace those kinds of things within my realm to expand and, you know, make me a better human being and to just to make my character richer. So I'm really grateful for Dicky. And so along my journey, I, you know, downloaded overdrive, shout out to Alessandra levy, my producing partner. She turned me on to overdrive a few years ago and I'm obsessive listening to audio books nonstop and there's some amazing books.
Okay. So one of my favorites is The Gift of Anger by Gandhi's grandson. It's a must read. It's so poetic and rich and beautiful. It's called The Gift of Anger and it's by Gandhi's grandson, probably one of the most favorite Anger books I listened to on audio. And that's overdrive get the app you put in your library code, and you can listen to up to 30 audio books for free every single month, which is awesome. They also have this other apps called hooplah H L O P L a N. You can listen to audio books on there as well, documentaries and things like that. Another book that I read was The Verbally Abusive Relationship by Patricia Evans. That's a really cool book, Anger Handling a Powerful Emotion in a Healthy Way in that books by Gary Chapman.
I highly suggest those books also I've dabbled in the Bible, but I, and before I've like downloaded the app on audio and stuff, but I'm reading a course in miracles right now. And then after I read, like by book in my hand, 600 pages, I'm going to read it this week and hopefully next week. And then after that, I'm going to get the Bible on app in a, I want to listen to the whole entire Bible. I haven't sat down and honored myself and listened to the Bible. So I definitely want to do that. So also some techniques you can do for Anger, you can do Wim, Hof breath. I'll put in the show notes, Wim Hof. It's 10 minutes as many times a week, as you can just do the Wim Hof breath morning, lunch night, whenever you're feeling like anything you needed to it's just take a 10 minutes breather, close your eyes, do your best.
And just have that be your best friend. It's free. It's on YouTube. I'll put it in the Shownotes. The Wim Hof breath is amazing. You can follow him on Instagram. Also, Abraham Hicks is amazing. I'll put a link below as well for all of these and Abraham Hicks. She's my go-to for meditation, healing, anger, resentment. She will guide you and mentally take you into areas of healing and abundance and practice. So you can start letting go of these toxic thoughts. You know, we have 60 to 70,000 thoughts per day. 90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts. According to Dr. Joe Dispenza. He's amazing. I'll put his link below as well. Also, Dr. Gregg, Braden. He is amazing. These two guys are neuroscientists and I followed them.
I read up on them. They'll really help you on your journey on a cellular level with your neuro-transmitters and everything. Also, you know, like getting massages, hot showers, jacuzzi, hot tub, steaming magnesium, take magnesium every single day. Like the purest form. There's a brand. I think it's called now. It's like 10 bucks. She gets so many capsules. So you need to like be taking your minerals because we're depleted of our minerals and we need magnesium for relaxation. So if you're super stressed out, you can take magnesium, but you should definitely have magnesium every night before you go to bed. And it's great for keeping your gut clean bowel movements and just keeping the toxic crap out of your body. Cranial sacral massages are amazing.
I do acupuncture. I love acupuncture. You have Meridian points, energy points, and we have blocked area. So the acupuncture and the cranial sacral massages really helps with relaxing your body, your nervous system, every single human being. The very first thing we get is our heart, our heart. And after that, it's our nervous system. So to realign, your nervous system is so important. We have a couple of different nervous systems, right? We have the sympathetic nervous system, and then we have the parasympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system prepares the body for emergency actions by controlling the glands.
Okay. The autonomic nervous system together with the hypothalamic regulates pulse, blood pressure, breathing and arousal in response to emotional cues. Okay. So when it's activated the sympathetic nervous system prepares the body for emergency actions by controlling the glands. Okay. The sympathetic nervous system directs the body rapidly. The sympathetic nervous system directs the body's rapid involuntary response to dangerous or stressful situation. A flash flood of hormones boost the body's alertness and heart rate, sending extra blood to the muscles. So if you have cranial sacral, it's so amazing. They work at the base of your skull of your cranium, the specialist, they do it with their hands and with the fingertips, they listen to your heartbeat on your scalp and they're able to calm it down and shift it.
And it's so therapeutic and healing. I've had it, you know, for months, months at a time can look up more information on the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. There's different types of Anger. So there's Anger where it's like chaotic anger, there's physical abuse. And then there's mental anger where it's, people are cutting you down with words and it's mental abuse. And then there's silent anger where it's like, you're very tense and tight and you feel it deep down and you're isolated and you feel all alone. And so it's like all this anger, all these different kinds of anger. And you know, a lot of people say that like the people who like have all this anger inside or who keep everything inside and they don't express it, that it causes cancer.
And it causes all these diseases from within because it's toxic and they're not getting it out. So I have a big mouth. And so if I'm like upset about something, I'm like, and I get it out, I just get it out. Because like, I don't want to keep that crap inside of me. I just, I don't, I had to get it out. Yeah. There's different kinds of Anger. Let's not get twisted. Okay. And even those, the silent Anger, you know, happens when it's like, oh, I'm not going to talk to you. And I'm going to go in another room. And it's like, there's all this like dense energy, intense energy in the house. And it's like, it's killing. And it hurts. It hurts. And a lot of times, you know, people who have been through trauma, PTSD, all this stuff I'm talking about, we become numb.
We become numb. Like we don't feel it anymore. We're just so disconnected from it. And that's how I was for a long time. Like I just kept my anger so deeply hidden. Cause I was like, oh my public persona. Like I'm a happy, bright, positive kind person. Cause I have that in my spirit. And I have those things that I was raised with as well. And so I let those shine and the other stuff I just like really had deep, deep, deep down. Yeah. So there's all these different types of Anger and I completely hid and didn't face my anger through the process of facing my anger and allowing it to come out. Oh, one thing I wanted to share with you, this is one of the reasons why I love to travel. I love going to all these different places because like when you're on the track and your own place, you're going around and around and around and you're going deep and deep into the rabbit hole.
And you're just like, all these, you know, neuro transmitters are firing and wiring firing and wiring and they're becoming patterns and habits. And then they become your personality traits. So for me, flying to this country, flying to that country, hanging out with these people, in that people, it kept the energies lighter. So it's like there were relationships built, but it didn't get to a level of being very solid and in place. Because like I said, I, I think I was like in fear, I would want to have like these really deep connections, but I wouldn't want the strings attached of the normalcy of why typical people get mad over stuff. That just seems so my new, you know, so that was one of the reasons for traveling a lot of the times all over the place too, just to keep life like fresh and young and on its toes and not get so mad or so involved in something where, you know, take all of my attention and my focus.
However, I have spent time saying, okay, be committed for one year. So he did that when I went to New York city, I did that when I was, I got my own house in LA and I'm like, okay, for one year, I'm gonna get a house and see how it goes. I ended up being there for two and a half years and it was like driving me crazy. I'm like, oh my God, I need to travel. But yeah, I, I, I kept that house for two and a half years and I'm grateful to be bi-coastal I love being bi-coastal, you know, cause it gives me that opportunity to go to both coasts and for me be in different places because you know, for my mental stability, for my happiness, that makes me happy. It makes me happy. Being at one place for too long is just too much for me. And maybe that always won't be, but you know, I appreciate where I am now.
And I've been, you know, sitting tight because of what's happening in the world. I'm just being obviously smart for my own health, for my family, for my friends, for people I love. And for others who I haven't met, just, you know, I want to be safe for all human beings. Okay. The other really cool story I wanted to share with you is I'm speaking of Dennis Quaid. When I first went to LA, I met Dennis Quaid. He was the first celebrity I met and we sat down in a booth and it was very intimate and he was so cool. And he was like a Hollywood angel for me. He told me he's like any three things, okay, you need three things in Hollywood. He's like one, you need an agent two, you need a manager three, you need a job.
And he said F the rest. And it was so great to have that advice and insight from Dennis Quaid. When I first arrived in to California, to Hollywood in pursuit of my dreams to keep me focused. It's like, bulls-eye, it was meant to be, it was such a divine blessing. Get an agent, get a manager, get a job after the rest, right. Agent manager job after the rest. Seriously. So thank you so much for tuning in. If you haven't subscribed yet, please subscribe and tune in, share with your loved ones, spread positivity and hope we need it now more than ever. We've always needed it. Your voice matters. I appreciate you being here and listening. There's awesome tools that we can use for Anger.
It's a process. And when we're angry, we can just walk away. You know, and if you don't have the assessability is to beginning a massage or cranial or acupuncture. Cause it's like a thing that goes on and on. If you're able to great. I mean, and, and I've done it for many years and then there's been times where I haven't. So taking a hot shower, Epson salt, soaking your feet, taking a bath. If you don't have a bath tub, just putting ups and salt for 10 minutes on your feet to, you know, soak your feet and get the toxins out of your body. Sleep, get some like really, really good rest, forgive, surrender, take responsibility. I did a podcast a couple of weeks ago.
It's all about forgiveness. If you want to go back and listen to that one, I tell you about a trip I took to Greece and how I did a lot of deep forgiving, surrendering taking responsibility. You know, right now there's a lot of grief happening and I'm grieving. You know, someone doesn't have to die for one to grieve and the myth is we need to grieve alone, but we don't. It's a beautiful thing. We can grieve alone, but we don't need to grieve alone. We don't have to run to our room or, you know, run and shut the door and isolate. Although we want to shut the door and isolate and it's okay to do that to, you know, to have those moments of silence to ourselves, but it's okay to grieve with another. So if you have some anger, if you're grieving, if you're sad or anything is going on, my email is, imagine Katie at gmail.com.
My phone number is (646) 820-5311 at 6 4 6 8 2 0 5 3 1 1. So if you ever want to text or call me, please do we're going be having a new phone number for the podcast. So you can call in. And if you have any questions or shout outs or anything, let me know. And if you want to have me speak about a certain topic, I'm here for you. I can do that. And like I said, I have 20 years experience in the entertainment industry and I've been traveling the world for the last 20 years. So I have all these hacks. I've walked different paths. I've dabbled, I've stressed, I've mastered. And I've been there, done that.
You know, I'm really excited to create a new blueprint for myself, with my new goals and dreams. Looking forward to the next two decades of my life. With that being said, we got some books going on. We got some doctors for you that, oh my God tied. Batten's Singing meditation bulls for Anger in the show notes. So they are the bomb.com. They're my go-to. You can, they're like three hours long, nine hours long. You can have it be playing all night and have it be going in your subconscious. And then you can have it on the background when you're, you know, doing work or whatever like that. Anytime there's, you know, you can listen to it whenever you want. Yeah. I hope you gained a lot of value and insight from this episode, leave a comment.
Let me know what you think. And definitely subscribe. You can subscribe to my newsletter, my solo epi, hypnotic energy, all the music videos are on the sophisticated psychos YouTube channel. If you want to check out those four music videos, Nicki Scorpio edited them. And then the hypnotic energy EAP is available on all the music streaming platforms. And you can get to all that by going to where you go to, to stream. And then also chonacas.com. It has all the links. So you can check it out there. I look forward to connecting with you and hearing from you and yeah, we're on this journey together. And you know, this Anger thing, it's not as bad as I thought it was really, you know, when you're a kid and you have Anger, you're so scared.
And the monster seems so big and so scary, but then like, you know, cause you keep it deep down. But then all of a sudden, like as you go through life and stuff and you shed certain layers, you know, you grow distance from it. You, you look at it and you're like, oh, it's, it's not that bad. It seems so bad. Cause I was a kid. It seems so bad because it was the big scary monster or whatever. But you know, you, you learn to laugh at it and that's a part of life. There's nothing wrong with anger. There is nothing wrong with anger. It's a part of us. It's a part of the human experience. You know, everyone expresses it in different ways and that's okay when you're really, really, really happy. How do you know it really, really, really happy and joyous.
How do you know the ultimate joy? If you haven't had the ultimate sorrow? How do you know? You know what bliss is? If you haven't had some anger in some, you know, down and out times. So yeah, it's a balance and we're all in this together. We're really are. I know it sounds so macro, but it's not. I just was in this mixed masters live music. Oh my God. With all like these DJs from around the world, now we're on a WhatsApp together. And I mean, the world just seems so much smaller. People are on the WhatsApp and then we're all like collaborating, connecting. And they're like, yeah, the world just seems so much smaller. Now we're really, really in this together. God bless Greece Samuels, the island of Samuels, Turkey, the earthquake that just happened when I was a teenager, there was this boy named Yani and he was very successful.
Nice, beautiful blue eyes. He fancied me. He definitely fancied me. He was very, very sweet. I know about the island of Somos because he and his family were from there. So I hope they're okay. I haven't spoken to him in years, but I definitely thought about him during this time. And it was really sad to hear that news. Yeah. Lastly, if you need a website, check out actor gear.com. My friend Ben is the creator of actor gear.com. He'll give you like a 10, 15% discount. Just let him know. You found out about him from the podcast and he'll hook you up. He's so hands-on, it's so easy breezy 1, 2, 3, and you'll love it. Yeah, I think that's all I got for you today. All right. Take care.
Thank you so much for joining us. We'll see you next time, Kyriaki over and out.

I’ve been involved in the space since 2018. I love the nonprofit sector, the stands for the space, who she is, the value that she adds.
