Removing Guilt and Fear with Subtle Energy Sciences

Removing Guilt and Fear with Subtle Energy Sciences
She's All Over The Place Podcast Season 3 - Episode 13 Transcription Thank you so much for tuning into she's all over the place. It's Kyriaki, that's me. Welcome. Welcome to she's all over the place podcast. I'm so happy to have you here. Yes, indeed. Woo. We are more than halfway through the season and I wanted to do a check-in and get real and intimate with you and share some of what I've been going through and how I'm feeling.

And hopefully I'm feeling, maybe you can relate this session is going to be focused on removing fear and guilt and steps. I have taken and steps. I took to put into action art to remove guilt and fear. Yeah. We'll just like really jump right into it first, I guess I want to just say hello and thank you so much to all of my new subscribers.
We have over 4,000 downloads per month right now, and it's growing. So I'm very, very excited and thrilled. I'm so happy. You're able to apply all of these principles into your life. No matter if it's personal or professional, whatever field you're in, you know, I just want to be a ripple effect for you and add value and give you that hope. And that insight, no matter if it's up, down left right in between sideways, it doesn't matter. Right now, I am in a very vulnerable states. You know, at the beginning of the pandemic I pivoted and I put down a catalog of some of my songs I wanted to release. And the first one was Hypnotic Energy and I'll have it in the show notes and Nicky Scorpio.
My music partner introduced me to Eric Thompson, a scientist over at Subtle energy. Our mutual friend is Jeff Korea who has Starfire water. He's awesome. And everyone in the spiritual community, especially everyone who goes to all the festivals, you know, in LA and in Arizona and Vegas and stuff, they all know Jeff Korea, he's fabulous and flawless, amazing, and a great soul. And a dear friend we've been friends for maybe almost two decades. Now we have a really cool story of how we met and actually he's going to be on the podcast soon. So I'll save her that story. Yeah. So at the beginning of the pandemic, when Nicky Scorpio bridge, the connection of Eric Thompson, the scientist who's, you know, into quantum physics over at Subtle energy, he gave me all of these Sophie geo healing frequencies.
And so I just felt like with the pandemic on a planetary level, we all needed to do a lot more forgiving. So I selected 639 healing frequencies, 639 healing frequencies. The benefits are reconnecting and balancing relationships. It fosters forgiveness for self peace, love and relationships, not only for ourselves, but others, and it stimulates the higher heart chakra. So that is called Hypnotic Energy. And it's on all TSP platforms that Sophisticated Psychos, YouTube SoundCloud, I even have it streaming on all music platforms. So you can check that out there. And also links are in the show notes for the episode and for the second EAP that I released, it was a house EAP and I decided to dedicate the piece to DJ Badboy bill.
Who's an amazing DJ that I've known since my teenage years of the Detroit underground music scene before DJs were popular in Western civilization. And he's amazing one of the best house DJs in the world. I actually just did an article on thrive global, you know, about the whole experience and it's wild because the EPA is called Full House. And I was at home in Detroit visiting my family. I was going to release it on Valentine's day, but I was really seeing a lover's fairytale, my poetry book that's available on Amazon, pick it up also there's March lovers, fairytale.com. If you want coffee mugs and supporting artists like me and supporting love and coffee, of course.
And I should have just released it on Valentine's day. I should have just went for it, but I thought, oh, it's too much because a lot, sometimes I do a lot at one time. I'm like, I'll just focus on the book. So on world Poetry day, I really celebrity fairytale, but anyhow, some months were going by and I was like, wait a minute. Like I have this EAP ready to go. They're encoded since you know, months ago. And I had the music videos ready to go, everything was ready to go. I'm like, oh, I just totally forgot. I need to release this. And since I was home visiting my family in Detroit, my mom's birthday was June 2nd. And I, my vessel went from forgiving self, my family, my friends, my circumstances, my choices, the planet, you know, to shifting into Removing Guilt and Fear.
My journey this past year in addition to forgiving has been Removing Guilt and re moving fear. When I was really young, I had a knowing and I knew exactly what I wanted to do. And I had everything aligned. My blueprint as Tony Robbins would say. And then at some point in my teenage years, I, you know, took the steps to travel the world. And I did for over 10 years. And I went to India and Australia and Prague and you know, fabulous places all around the world, Nicaragua. And I mean, you name it Bermuda, Dominican Republic, like all over. And I was a seeker and I was asking everyone, cause I already knew what I knew.
So then I'm like, let me ask everyone else in the world, how to be successful, how to do this, how to do that jump. How high left for how long do this do that? Just jumping all around, asking mentors, asking people. I admired asking people who had things that, you know, maybe I would want to have and obtain in my life. And I did this for over a decade. And by doing this, I totally lost myself. And I made the choice to totally lose myself. And I, it was like this labyrinth by being so outside of myself, you know, I was just like asking everyone else. And then I turned it into this, like people please, they're just wanting to people please, to do everything perfectly in, in such a way to quote unquote, make it or get to these egoic ideals of what it means to be successful.
And then in doing so, you know, we make our choices along the way and then, you know, full circling back around after being so extroverted, then going to be introverted, which is an ambivert being extroverted and introverted. I then started the journey, you know, in 2012 of going inside again and to reclaim my power and to start doing things from within, which was, you know, a process and a journey, which moves me to this homeostasis place of exterior and intern interior, and then finding the balance. So during the pandemic, when everything has slowed down in such a way, I was able to just really deeply reflect and write and journal and just reminisce of, you know, choices that I made, things that I did and see that I was people pleasing and coming to terms with the guilt and the fear that I had and removing it.
And it's been like wound after wound and wound after wound. And just like spiritually, just like touching my soul and just like, you know, some cries and, and all of that. And you know, the thing about, you know, it's a process and it just there's so much that comes up. So two different times I developed Pasina one time in Brighton, Michigan, a 10 day, silent meditation, one time in Northern California, outside of Occidental, and it's free. You can do it, I'll give you the website. So you have it, you can do it anywhere in the world. The website will be in the show notes, but it's www.dhamma.org.
You can go to the website and anywhere in the world and it can be an English or it can be in any language. And then they translate it to with headphones every day. So if you're in another country and you're in Spain or something, you can still do it. And there's headphones for it to translate to English, which is really cool. Yeah. But when I was doing the 10 day silent meditation, the very first four days, it was like, it was a tough nut to crack, right. We move so fast and there's things are ever changing. And it's just a lot of sensorial noises and sounds and pivoting of left right up, down in social media and everything, and do this, do this and deadlines. But when you're sitting for 10 days and you're silent for 10 days and you're quiet and the sound vibration isn't coming out of your mouth, you're able to get still.
And like I said, it was like concrete inside of my brain. It was just like so intense. And it was like on the fourth day I was getting so frustrated. I'm like, why isn't anything happening? Why is there anything moving? And I remember like on my fourth or fifth night, I was like starting to cry. Then the fifth night, six nights, seventh, 9, 8, 9. I started unpacking all of these dreams, all these memories, all these thoughts from like when I was eight and stuff that I totally forgot about because they're so packed deep, deep down inside because we're just like on the go. But when I was able to just sit there and let you know, my mind literally open up and blossom, I was able to get to rooted things that were so deep down that I haven't thought about, you know, and that gates.
And so I feel like in a way during the pandemic, I've been able to do just that and just unpack things that normally I wouldn't think about or have the time and the space to sit in and reflect on and being home in Detroit, you know, at my home where I grew up with my mom and dad being in that, in that space. And I was able to, as a young adult, observe my mom and dad and observe, you know, since Sorial of my patterns and being in my home, I felt like I was able to witness certain things that I feel like a lot of people don't get to witness. I feel, you know, sometimes they go off into the world and then they never come back or they lose a parent or they go off into the world and they get married and then they have children of their own.
So when they do circle back around and laugh or do whatever they do, it's, it's under the terms of, you know, they're a parent now, and then their parents are grandparents. And I feel that they don't get to have that space and that full fulfillment of a full cycle of seeing what it's like to, you know, be at home as a young adult. I think it's a rare thing. I feel like it's very unique and I honor, and I felt like it was a very sacred thing that I was able to do to kind of get full circle on some unsettled things where I feel again, a lot of people go out into the world and it's just unsettling and there's never a resolve on those things. So to deeply reflect on Removing Guilt and removing fear, I decided to release the Full House EAP on my mom's birthday on June 2nd and removing the Guilt and removing the Fear, kinda like a sacred contract, right.
We have these invisible contracts and relationships that we make when we partner up with someone. Or if we go into business, if there's not a physical contract, there's a contract of like, oh, we're going to be friends. Oh, this is how things are going to go down. But then you can rewrite certain contracts and dismantle certain relationships. So I felt like as a young adult, you know, having applied pressure, we all do, you know, from our workplace, our peers, our partners, our parents, mom, or dad, or, you know, someone or siblings where it's like, there's an applied pressure of like something we should do or shrimp, something we should be doing. And it's just like, I was able just to like remove this guilt and remove this fear from, you know, my mom's projection and my mom's notion of what she needed and wanted for me or what I felt in own mind or how I perceived of what my mom needed or wanted from me.
And so it was kind of just really empowering. And she doesn't know this, who knows if she'll listen to this podcast, but for me, I know, and it's a deep rooted contract. Like no matter what my mom says or anyone says, or for you, whoever that person is, it doesn't matter. You know, what they say and what they want for you. We know deep down, what's the best for us. And we know deep down, people are only sharing things with us because they want the best for us. And they only are sharing what they know in the best way they know how and what they were taught. So with all that being said, I was able to deeply dismantle and unhook from all the projections of, you know, the Guilt and the Fear and the notions that come up.
And that will continue to come up in the conclusion of this when it comes up is we must, I must because I feel it and there's no regret and there's no going back, but I feel it. And it's like a fresh wound. And the only thing that I see plausible is to forgive. So I'm really proud that I was able to start with the journey of forgiving and the move to removing the guilt and fear. And so I've really been in a vulnerable state of removing that guilt and fear on so many different levels in my personal life with relationships. I mean my professional field as well, and I'll continue to do that.
And I'm going to shift to another space with my vessel and because we can't, we can, but there's no point in you can sit and then sit longer, which is important. And to really make sure, okay, it's really empty. It's really gone. And it's, I really felt everything that comes and goes, but then we make a choice to move on and we make a shift to, you know, explore different areas of our emotions and our vessels. So I'm going to do that now. So the next CP is going to be a surprise for you, and I'm not going to wait, I'm going to do it soon. So I will be really seeing my next EAP very soon. Not sure if it will be in this season, I'll let you know, probably, maybe we'll end the season with that.
We'll see. But yeah. So at the end of the episode, I'm going to play the EAP Full House healing frequencies. It turns grief into joy, liberating guilt and fear 396 Hertz is grounding and peaceful. Wonderful for meditation, working out, cleaning your house at the gym, dancing with your friends, you know, just playing in the background when you're on your computer, however you want to use it. And when use at a high amplitude for an extended period of time, it can eventually become quite stimulating. So I am really proud and grateful to say, thank you so much to settle energy for encoding this music into the beats that I curated.
It's just magnetic. It's amazing. I'm not sure if you're into quantum physics or not. You can Google remark about it. Check out Subtle energy that are on all social media platforms. Also it's Subtle dot energy. I'll have the website in the show notes and Eric Thompson, you know, the work that he's doing. It's so cool. There's a mural in Venice, California. There's this famous place where there's murals of like Einstein and a bunch of great people. And on a Eric Thompson birthday, just this past year, I think it was Alex Gray. They did a mural of Eric Thompson and they put him on that legendary wall.
The, what he's doing as a scientist and quantum physics is really, really magnificent. Actually. He's encoding all of my podcasts moving forward. So I'll share that on another episode when we can get busy Eric on the podcast. Cool. Cool. Yeah. So that's what I really wanted to share, you know, today. And I feel you, when, you know, if you're having Guilt and you're having Fear, I also feel you, if you have a lot of guilt and fear, not knowing that you may have some guilt and fear because we become very numb. We have gateways and we protect ourselves and we just are numb and not feeling certain things to, you know, have a shield and protect ourselves.
You know, it's a very courageous, vulnerable, brave thing to do to get intimate with oneself and to be able to communicate that with yourself and with others in a calming way, in a nurturing way, without people being triggered and exploding and explaining everything it's quite difficult. So I'm practicing. And I really, you know, share with you with all the research I've done and people I've spoken to the practices. If you know, a great tool is just setting a timer for 20 minutes once a day, and just sitting for 20 minutes, if you want to sit longer 25, 30 minutes, great. It just really calms down the mine and it takes off the extra weight and pressure into your body, out of your body and off your mind.
So, you know, if you're feeling heavy, just take, get off the computer. If you're talking a lot, just take a step out, get quiet, get with self, just maybe even just sleep it off, take a nap, the body repairs itself. It's so healing just to take a nap and just sleep it off. I was really busy with people nonstop yesterday. And I was like, okay, I'm going to go into it. And I had to like prepare myself. And I went into an idea what I had to do. And then afterwards I just close the door and went to a space by myself and just literally went to bed early and slept for the rest of the night. So I'd be well rested for the beginning of my work week. And I'm doing a photo shoot tomorrow with Scott Spragg. He's an awesome photographer. And he's one of the very first photographers I shot with earlier on in my career in Detroit, Michigan.
So I'm really excited to be shooting with him tomorrow. The photos will probably all be out on social media by the time you hear this episode, but yeah, rock and roll. I love you so much. Shout out to Nicky Scorpio. He released his first single called Eve regular, and I'm going to have him on the podcast maybe next week, talking about his new single and playing it so you can hear it, but you can check it out. Now it's streaming on all streaming platforms, SoundCloud under Nicky Scorpio, you know, everywhere. So that's cool. Oh, also go to the Sophisticated Psychos and check out couples therapy, season one and two are fully out.
We created it during the lockdown. We'll probably have another episode talking about the process of creating couples therapy, but it's with Ali levy. She's a voiceover star, Nicky Scorpio, voiceover star. And we created it during the lockdown. We did all improv. We were invited to over 200 film festivals and we accepted 29 invitations. And last week we just became the winner of two awards. Our web series won two awards. So we're really excited about that. And we're in competition and nominees for like three or four other ones. So if you haven't checked out couples therapy definitely go to the Sophisticated Psychos and check out season one and two, if you want to laugh.
Hahaha. Yeah, but rock and roll. And oh, I also want to give a shout out to my fellow podcasters. I love the podcast community. I was on seven podcasts just last week alone. So if you want to hear me as a guest on other people's podcasts, just type in my name on all streaming platforms. And you can hear some of the beautiful conversations I've had with some people. Oh, I was on the Nick Egan times. Nick is Greek. He lives in Australia. So it's so international. And then he's saying he lives in Jordan. He had me on his podcast called successful grid podcast. So that will be out in a couple of weeks. My friend Aaron Ableman, who's a fellow poet who was on the very first episode of season three here on she's all over the place.
He started a podcast and he had beyond it just came out last week. His podcast is called Welcome to earth adventures in modern family life podcast by Erin Ableman. And it was really, really cool. Oh, it says Katie. Chonacas why healing yourself heals the world. Wow. So I guess that's the title of his podcast. I was also on this other podcast called the con hour and there in Texas, I was on Nicky Scorpio as podcasts, Scorpio, rising it's for mental health and people who are introverts celebrating our differences. Check out Nicky Scorpio, podcasts, Scorpio rising. Oh, it was on the square round table during the pandemic four guys, a couple of them are in Atlanta. A couple of them are in California in San Jose.
So that was really intergalactic being on a podcast with, it was five of us. It was like, whoa. Yeah. So those are some podcasts I've been on recently. I've been on some other ones, but yeah, just check it out by typing in my name, Katie Chonacas and follow me on all social media platforms. All of them. I really loved tick-tock as a filmmaker director, artist creator. It's really cool with the effects they have and making them really fun and cool. Yeah. I really, I really liked Tik TOK, Instagram. I have chonacas I have she's all over the place podcasts. And then I started this other one. It's just called Katie Chonacas because in the near future, I am going to be a household name on network television again and in the films and on TV.
So for those of the people who aren't listening, who don't know me, definitely follow Katie Chonacas and we're going to be promoting a lot of stuff on there, but yeah, you can follow me on chonacas or Katie Chonacas or both. Yeah, I appreciate you. Thank you so much for tuning in today. Reach out to me. Imagine Katie at gmail.com. I'm going to tell you a secret, are you ready? Season four? I decided a few weeks ago, season four will be all female, all female identifying humans on the podcast. I went to embrace and honor women, the divine femininity. So season four, get ready. It's just going to be really amazing.
And I feel like not only for you, but internally for me, because of the struggles that I've had, that I'll share in another episode about females and divine femininity, I feel like this is really gonna put me on a new platform in the world, in life of how I feel and how people see me and the relationships I have with females. So I'm so excited that I came up with this idea a few weeks ago with some people on my team and shout out to my team. They're so cool. I'm so grateful for my team. I'm so grateful for voiceovers and you know, getting auditions.
I'll, I'll just like, you know, be doing my thing and I'll get a last minute for this and a last minute for that in a rush audition for this. And it's just that rush. It feels so good. And I love it and that's why I do what I do. And that's why I have the life that I have. And that's why I really am all over the place. You know, it's the excitement and the unknown, you know, and that's why we have this Sophisticated Psychos. It's walking that fine line. You know, it's walking that fine invisible line, Sophisticated Psychos in Greek means wisdom minds. And when you're walking the unknown, you know, the fear, the crazy, the brilliant, the genius, you know, and I tend to like to go to the colorful rainbow part of the unknown.
I'm the one that loves going to a party growing up, not knowing one person showing up by myself, not knowing every anyone. And at the end of the day, by the time the party's over I'm best friends with everybody. It's just so much fun going and connecting with the unknown and discovering and just being interested, getting outside of my own self, you know, being in spirit inspired. Shalman Harry Paul taught us that when you're in spirit, you're inspired in spirit inspired. Right? So exciting, beautiful, brilliant beings. You are. I'm so grateful that you're here. Thank you so much for tuning in. Listen to the music right now.
Get ready to turn it up. If you're, you know, cleaning, dancing with friends. Well, if you're dancing with friends, just go to SoundCloud and download it for free or, you know, put it on your favorite workout playlist. So you can tune in and turn it up all the time. But if you're here now to sit back, relax, lie down, whatever, and check it out. Tune in, remove Guilt, remove fear. Even if you know it or feel it, maybe you'll feel it. Maybe you won't feel it. Maybe listen to it a couple of times and feel it maybe journal and notice the shifts that happen. Maybe be aware of the thoughts that come up. Maybe be aware, you know, in the next couple of weeks, what comes up, put it on replay. Listen to it.
Notice the subtle energies, right. Encoded by subtle energies. All right, cool. That's it. I'm over now. I love you so much and I'll be with you next week. Okay. Oh yeah. Reach out anytime. Imagine Katie at gmail.com. If you know anyone who wants to be on the show, or if you just want to connect and ask questions that you want me to address on the show, I'm here for you. Yeah. We'll tap in into an and again. Okay. Peace Thank you so much for joining us.
We'll see you next time. Kyriaki, over and out.
